I used to come here all of the time before the pandemic. The broth was amazing and I always enjoyed a huge bowl of pho. I came in the other day under their new name, and the staff almost treated me like I was an inconvenience since I wanted to dine-in. They really seem to be focused on take-out only. I ordered my usual pho and waited in silence... until I finally received it. It was good, but the portion size had dropped in half. Same size huge bowl, half portion. I was lucky I got a glass of water. The broth was still great but why am I getting so much less for the same price? You guys can turn this around, just make it an enjoyable restaurant again like it used to be.

I had the Pho BÒ Đac Biet Sate and the chicken and vegetable dumpling and they were delicious! The restaurant is really small (only about 6 tables). It's clean and well-maintained and so is the bathroom. Only downside was that service was a bit slow because they had just one elderly man taking orders, serving and running the register. That said, he was quite efficient and polite. I would definitely eat here again.

Note: I didn’t purchase food from here but walked in to ask for a napkin.I ordered food from Simply Bahn Mi cause I finally get a chance to eat halal Viet food. We are eating street side near this place. Guy forgets to place napkin, no big deal. I thought I could go to this place and just get a single napkin. Walk in and greeted by an older gentleman, asked him If I could just get a napkin. Told me to go somewhere else, I then asked again “oh I just need one napkin, plesse”. Basically get cornered out of the store and kept being asked about where I purchased food from. (4-5x) Ignored him and went back to my table outside to eat.Guy follows me out, stares me and my wife down, goes back inside. Repeats this through the big window in the restaurant and then comes back out to look at me a couple more times.Bro, this is why your restaurant is probably empty.

I had the egg rolls, Tom yum chicken soup, a ham banh mi and hot some jasmine tea. The egg rolls were perfectly cooked! The outside was crunchy and delicious, not too much coating and the sauce on the side was the perfect compliment. The Tom kha chicken soup had a nice sour taste, not too sour but just right. It was, however incredibly salty and the chicken had a strange chewy flavor. The saltiness made it inedible for me, I had a few bites and left the rest. The bahn mi was AMAZING! The baguette was just the right amount of crunch, not too hard, not too soft. The pickled veggies and sauce made it full of flavor. My only qualm would be that the sauce was heavy on half of the sandwich, and very light on the other side, so needed a little more for half of the sandwich. The jasmine tea was of course delicious and hot. The price was was great especially for the Georgetown area. Bahn mi was $7, soup was $7 and egg rolls were $5 I believe. Overall, I would return and looking forward to trying the pho and maybe the chicken bahn mi next time.

Im not a big pizza lover but boy do am I a lover of &pizza! Especially this location. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff (thx James + Carlos!) and the pizza is so good!!! Loads of options, very generous size and amount of toppings, and fresh, while good ingredients. Thanks!!

The woman in the front is very nice. I got a chicken bahn mi but it's really mostly Bread and not much filling and the veggies could be pickled more. Ok but not amazing. Good price though.

The food was just okay, not really worth the price in my opinion. I got a tofu bahn mi and spring rolls. I also got a diet coke and they gave me an expired can, which didn't taste good and clearly showed how much they care about service.

An all around poor quality meal for three diners. Edamame appeared to have been resteamed (mush). Pho had modest meat and 5 spice flavoring, small amount of basil, half of an old lime slice and old sprouts. No chili oil to spice dish. Fried spring rolls mushy with no nuoc mam sauce. Chicken entree cold.

The pork sandwich was all bread

I don't know how recent it changed but it was for the worse. Use to be Pho Viet.
