A tad expensive but honestly pretty good food.
The amount for any other Panera I been too is very reasonable. For two bagels, brownie, and a fountain drink was pretty steep here at this Panera. For all of that I paid I should have went to wawa and got a better more delicious meal then here.
Manager named ATA was my cashier. Didn't understand I had a reward so I ended up paying more than I should have for my meal. Didn't hand me my cup and I saw another customer had the same issue. At some point the cash registers were empty. Later on while I was sitting he waived at the security guard over who was on break "Are you on break? I need you to kick them out". Waiving over to some kids sitting. Felt sorry for the guy. Clearly rude management and poor employee treatment. At least the security guard told me "have a good day". My sandwich was also incorrectly made. Avoid this Panera location.
Went with my girlfriend, they got our orders wrong and charged us both extra. I give them 1 star and :( Would not recommend unless you like to pay $3.70 extra.
Service was friendly, and the lively atmosphere is nice, but the line to place an order was slow, and the food took forever to come out. I got a couple sides of mac and cheese and that was it, yet it took probably 15-20 minutes to come out.I ordered to go, so it was only once I got back home that I came to discover that the mac and cheese that I waited for was not even the full serving. The larger side was roughly only 2-3 full, while the smaller cup was probably 3/4 full. It tasted great, but the hassle overall wasn't worth it.
Slowest Panera location I’ve ever been to. Their order pickup system is so unorganized. I’m now convinced that making my own lunch is best for me. Shame.
Cashier had difficulties putting in numbers. Scone had orange peel in it. Coffee was great but didn't taste as good because of the experience.. Do better please. Thank you.
Short breakfast hours on weekends. I was looking forward to the breakfast menu, but I could not get it on arrival. Staff was OK. Food was OK
Good place, people works very good.
The Tenleytown Panera Bread is an amazing experience. My friend and I go once a week to study and have a delicious lunch. We love the free refills and take advantages of the perks that Panera offers. Despite all of this, Panera does have one deterring factor. It is absolutely freezing in there. SO cold. We love going there but can't stay too long for fear of frostbite. Panera, I urge you to turn the heat up, for the good of the public.
