Price to high ($10.02) for a frozen drink, that didn't taste that great and a tasteless grilled cheese sandwich that wasn't even brown on both sides. How do you not fix a good grilled cheese sandwich?
They're breakfast wraps supposed to go have scrambled eggs but in reality it's a flat circle supposed to be egg that looks like a pancake and was burnt around the sides how do you burn eggs? Wouldn't have ordered it false advertising and misleading and wasn't worth the money
I got two bad salads on 2 different times when I told the female manager had bad attitude I will not be buying salads from Panera. I had to go there because I have a lot of appointments.
I bought a soup and tuna sandwich, I ate the sandwich later, when I opened the sandwich it was a1/2 scoop on a whole sandwich.
My cashier/hostess made my experience great. Panera Bread's muffin and pastry are good. I call it my pill to feel good ?. So when I go to Washington Hospital Center for any reason. I have to stop by and get my medicine ?.
The food is consistently good and the wait is generally short. There is always friendly service and the orders are prepared relatively quickly. A few of my personal favorites are the lemon drop cookies, broccoli cheddar soup, and the paninis are great too.
A 24 hour Panera, you just need to be at the hospital in order to take advantage of it. Multiple kiosks to order, and friendly staff. It can get busy but its a great option for people while visiting the hospital.
The customer service ,the don't respect customer. Even the don't follow instructions when ordering the food.I order Chipotle chicken avocado.Extra avocadosNo chiken and also side bread but those who work in kitchen never read instructions .this happens more than for time.Why don't read instructions?
Wait time was minimal. The quality of service was excellent. The sandwiches were not what I expected. A little dry and a lot of bread. I ordered the steak and white cheese for myself, I was however informed that there were no pickles. The "New" Mac& Cheese for my daughter did not meet her expectations. Thanks Panera!!!
