It's decent 4 what it was worth or 4 all I went 4 pretty much. Ain't nothin 2 write home 2 mama about! How da young lady which was workin da front counter went in da restroom & sprayed yes I know after a bowel movements sum r a lil funky but she went in directly behind but failed 2 do da same thing in da 2nd restroom they have & yup it made me feel sum kind of way Like how rude & mind u she was standin rite outside da door when I came out so yeah I felt like she did it on purpose. Sorry not sorry but I've gotta live in #MyTruth
Crowded due to the lunch crowd. I had to wait for a long time to receive my order. The restaurant needs extra employees up front and back cooks preparing the orders.

Did rapid pick up and everything was perfect! Food was delicious and everything was packed so nicely. Enough utensils and napkins. Thanks for great service! Had a great picnic at the mall.
They close 9 pm, but they didn't let us sit it was 8 pm, i have been going panera almost everyday. I am not going anymore. !! Thank you making my day worst !!!
Ordered a sausage, scrambled egg, and cheese sandwhich for breakfast. When I started eating it at work, it had no sausage. Really disappointing. I'll have to double check my order if I come here again.
Were out of a lot of things we wanted and the lettuce in the salads was mostly woody and not very good quality. Would come back but only if I had to.
I continue to be disappointed in Panera. I used to love it but since the pandemic, almost every location I go to is disappointing. I keep trying them because I have the free daily coffee and hoping I’ll find one somewhere that makes my trip worth it. Unfortunately this location was no different - one counter worker and multiple people waiting, coffee at the self-serve was lukewarm, and all of the cream containers were empty. Ugh…
About what you'd expect from a Panera Bread, nothing stellar, and nothing disappointing. There are better choices for breakfast in this area of Washington, DC, but if safe & bland are what you want Panera delivers.
Nice, clean, fast and friendly service with a wide variety of pastries. Much better than Starbucks
