They have really good food, drinks and music! I would definitely recommend the salmon or lamb chops. The staff were super nice and checked in on us to make sure that we had everything we need

The jerk chicken pasta is spicy and is very tasty. The drinks are nice too.

My food & drink was nasty I'm surprised & wonder if they have new cooks & bartenders because the 1st time I was here the food & drinks were great this time everything was disgusting & the service was poor.
I ordered 6 wings, crab fries and two drinksTotal came to $62The crab fries were terrible with only a teaspoon full of crab meat sprinkled over the whole order.My wings were disgusting. They had to have been microwaved.Just pathetic....Please count your change of you visit.... mine was $20 short.I will NEVER patronize again or recommend this place to anyone.
On The Rocks is a nice restaurant and bar but it is small on H Street. It has a wonderful painting program where you can come on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for paint therapy from 6 to 9pm.
Let’s just say my birthday was a night to remember. I had so much fun. From the bottle service to the food. OMG the food. I’m a chef and I’m very picky about how my food is seasoned and the lamb chops I had were perfectly seasoned. The food alone will have me back. Drinks are strong and music was on point. Hospitality was over and beyond. Definitely will be back. You want to have a good time and want a chill place with a vibe of its own visit On the Rocks.
