Have been here a couple of times during my visit to DC.Ordered tofu with mixed vegetables, shrimp noodles, and fried rice. It was so authentic so I could miss home that much.The staff was also friendly so we could have a talk before we left.If I'm not being apart 16,426Km away, this will be my favorite place to have dinner with family.Thank you for serving such a lovely dish so I could miss this place so much.
This place was wonderful!! I got the sesame tofu and broccoli and substitute rice for steamed veggies, plus a jasmine green tea. The food was so good! This is one of the best tofu dishes I’ve ever had, it was still crispy and the sauce was delicious. The vegetables were done perfectly, and I think my friends thoroughly enjoyed their meals too. I will come back here AS SOON as I come back to DC. I can’t wait :)!!
Solid little Chinese eatery and longtime stand-by in the Circle. They have a good mix of standard Chinese/American as well as healthy and more traditional Chinese fare. Place is clean, food is always fresh and hot, and prices are generally competitive for the area.
it was fine. I loved the lo mein and the timeliness, so 3 stars there, but 2 stars off for the overcooked, tough shrimp, and the undercooked broccoli. its a little pricey for a carryout spot so I was expecting a little bit better
Something’s never change! And that’s a good thing in this case. One of the most authentic Chinese halal spots around! Always clean made to order fresh Chinese. Worth the trip or a casual drop in.
Ordered General TSO chicken. Asked for extra spicy. Not a single spice in it. Bland and covered in syrup. Way over priced. Delivery was great.
Totally enjoyed the food and the service.I would highly recommend this place if you like Chinese food and reasonable prices.You won’t be disappointed!

If you like Chinese takeout, Dupont Circle's new Dynasty does a good job. When my family of three did a staycation at a nearby hotel, we ordered pick up via Uber Eats and it was ready within 15 minutes of ordering on a Friday evening.To feed the three of us, we ordered wonton soup, Mongolian Beef, General Tsao's Chicken and Orange Chicken. The three main dishes came with steamed rice. Each was tasty, but the winner was the General Tsao's Chicken. The Mongolian Beef was good, but it was mainly onions with little beef.Service was friendly and prices decent for an expensive city like Washington, D.C.
This is a hidden treasure in Dupont Circle and perhaps in DC. A quiet, cheap Chinese spot you can enjoy on your own, on your day off or with friends late night. The owners are DC Natives-true Washingtonians and they deserve every support from the entire District. Thank you for the great food!
