The food here is just Okay. Ordered the 20 piece wings mild and mango flavored with garlic bread. My sister ordered 1/4 chicken mild flavor. Our total including tip was about 50.00! I don't understand why I have to tip when --You get your own drink, you order through the app. The only thing the hostess does is brings your order to the table thats not worthy of a tip.
This ain’t it. I live in the south and there is a chicken shack on just about every corner and all of them yes ALL OF THEM beat this. When the fries and dipping sauce are the stars of the meal just say goodnight. The Nando’s Best had me saying if this is the best nando can do and own a whole restaurant, I need to get a business plan ASAP. The whole sandwich was bland and flavorless and the wings were wack. I had to find the waiters for napkins, refills and to go boxes. I understand the contactless ordering on the app but contactless shouldn’t equate to less service. You’ve got to train the young people in basic customer service.

Super friendly staff helped us with the app-based ordering system but after we hashed that out, the food itself was AMAZING! I never would have guessed this was a chain if no one had told me. The chicken was divine, so crispy, and all the sauces were super flavorful in their own ways. Fries were spiced well, the coleslaw was a nice side to offset the extra spicy sauce, the garlic bread was SO tasty as well. Cannot recommend highly enough to stop in for lunch or dinner. The decor inside was very refreshing.
I ordered half chicken with fries last week. As a person who knows the menu of Nandos, I was expecting my order to be as it should be. But I found it cooked wrongly ( excessively) , unusually small in size and looked like not my order. Believing that telling what happened and expressing my disappointment is the right thing to do, I personally met one of the Managers of the time Victory. When I told her what happened, she asked me my name to check in the system without any further question ( I gave her my receipt) and she got the right menu I ordered cooked and packed for me.I sincerely appreciate and thank her for handing my complaint professionally and kindly!Thank you
I don’t know who thought this was acceptable to serve to a customer but this Nando’s needs to do better. This is a sorry excuse for a $10 chicken sandwich. I will not be returning.

Great food and service! The ambiance is amazing! A friend recommended this place to me and he was 100% correct. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is in town visiting and also to the locals who may not know about it.
Made a mistake when I online ordered. They were very accommodating and rushed my large take out order without any hesitations. Great service!! Great food!!
