By far the worst Customer Sevice! Hilda was extremely rude and missinformed. She may need a refresher in reading comprehension. She had no cluethat she was providing poor customer service skills especially when one of the workers threw the sour cream on the counter and expected me to pick it up. I filed a complaint with corporate as well, which they informes me this particular establishment was privately owned. Moral of the story yall gonna reap what you sow and be mindful of how you treat people, Im a firm beleiver in you get back what you put out into the universe. Yall will never get another penny from me at all

The food is consistently good here. We went close to closing time and the foos was fresh and full of flavor. They gentlemen was able to prepare a special order my one of the kids because they’re a little picky. That gesture was really appreciated. The queso was perfect. The chips are thin and crispy versus the thicker chips at some TexMex places. Overall I always like this chain of SW Mexican food.

Went here, it was 30 min before closing, and the food is lackluster at best. The portions are absolutely horrible, barely any meat, flavorless and to top it off the staff is not exactly friendly. I think they use a teaspoon or maybe a tablespoon for all condiments except for beans. Don't go here just find a taco bell.Or make sure you are high as a kite before eating here.

I only go on Moe Mondays. The staff is not the greatest. And one woman (didn't get her name was particularly rude.I really dislike my experience there.

Struggling after the pandemic. Their quality is suffering. Used to go there for lunch while at work. I'll take a pass on Moe's now.

Rude manager preoccupied employees took awhile to order employees were talking to one another employees don't wear masks talking over customer food a waste of time and money

Went in to order 30 mins before closing, got told they were closing soon and the server turned their back on me. Horrible place, don't bother, there are way better options nearby.

If you don’t want to work please take your stuff and go ? ! She must be replaced for someone who offers better customer service and respect ✊? and polite attitude. she was super rude and didn’t want to make the order. Definitely bad experience with her!

Terrible attitude (I won't make name) but this is what I got for $13.50. Kids running around with no mask and tells me to put my mask above nose. No problems doing that...just barked it out like I'm a deviant. Just charging me 13+ for a similar product at $10.00 is poor.
