My daughter, 2 grandsons and I had dinner outside at a busy Millie’s early on a Friday evening. Can’t say enuf about the friendly and very accommodating service. My daughter and da boyz enjoyed their meals. Not being an IPA aficionado, I ordered a Corona which turned out to be a Corona Lite. The server gave me a taste of an IPA which I liked, and I then ordered one. Kudos to him for making the switch, with his apologies. My pot stickers were tasty but a bit on the greasy side. Ditto for my Parmesan encrusted chicken breast on a bed of arugula and other greens. Nonetheless, I left nothing on my plates. I will return for a second go round and maybe give one of their taco dishes a shot.

We went to millie’s for dinner with my kids, we ordered the guacamole, kids' pasta, asparagus with soft-boiled eggs, fish taco, and blackened salmon salad. We did ask the server how the is the eggs will be she informed us the eggs will be soft boiled the egg yolks will be runny like a poached egg.The food arrived at our table and the guacamole was so delicious, the asparagus was grilled perfectly the egg was hard-boiled not a soft boiled egg as the server mentioned and we only got half of the boiled egg? the salmon salad the server said it was her favorite dish we were very excited about it but when we got the salmon it was a very small/dry piece of fish cut very thin and seared/ burn for over $21 for a start it didn't look like a salmon at all when we asked the server she said it's a salmon we cut it very in half into thin slices I'm not sure why would they do that rather than save some cost it was an uneatable piece of fish, what a shame I will definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Tucked into the same block as Crate&Barrel, Millie's provides a beautiful experience with a rustic but chic ambiance located near American University. The food is tasty and hard to pin down to a specific type. Despite the obvious Mexican fare of tacos, chips, guacamole, and quesadillas making up a major part of the menu, it's not really a Mexican restaurant. If it's anything, it's a seafood place that happens to serve Mexican dishes. Its location is right along a nice shopping corridor and the open air and outdoor tables provides a wonderful vantage point for people watching. Its non-chalance and design also provides a great place for romantic evenings. (I saw at least two couples meet there while I was having dinner)

Awesome food , the sandwich was excellent, specially w/ the frose ? drink special for this summer, the service was outstanding, very good place to eat.

Excellent food, good selection of beers, staff were very friendly and efficient

Loved the fried shrimp po'boy! Great service and ambiance

Our family party of 7 enjoyed dinner on a weeknight at which we ordered appetizers and lots of different dishes including seafood and Mexican. The service was snappy and we lingered a while after paying and were not pressured to free up the table. The noise level is loud for any hard of hearing. The prices were quite high, which is the trend in this Covid era of inflation. Food quality varied.

Good restaurant (excellent weekend brunch!) delightful waiter but the screamingly loud volume at dinner may have been the absolute loudest anywhere. I imagine the actual decibel level was actually unhealthy! Ridiculous.

Went in for a quick bite after work. They had amazing drinks and appetizers. Food came out surprisingly fast and service was excellent. Must have their spicy margarita, shrimp and spinach dip. Highly recommend

Very nice place, good food, kind staff?
