the food was incredible and very authentic, not to mention that the prices are fair and the service and ambiance was impeccable, truly a piece of Mexico in DC

They have absolutely mouth watering tacos and enchiladas. The mole and habanero slasa are packed with flavor and spice. The margaritas are a little pricey, but overall a repeat destination for great food.
Authentic Mexican cantina vibe. Went on a Friday evening, although food could be tastier, it is compensated by offering cheap drinks, great Latin music and a colorful ambiance.

Huarache de huitlacoche. Corn smut contains much more protein than regular corn does. And mezcalero does really good. Always very welcome with delicious salsa and chips, good time and good service.
