So fast on a Saturday morning. The employees are so nice and I saw them speaking to regulars asking questions about updates on their lives. Heartwarming to see. Great location will be back
Lobby trash so full when you walk in all you see is the trash door open, overflowing to the ground, with liquid all over.Cashier was nice young man but misheard the order cause when we went to pick food up we were missing a drink. We kindly said we wanted to get another drink. The young lady wouldn't help us nor get someone of authority over. She was being rude and walked away. Then asked for hot mustard and she ignored us until a voice was raised.Also, hot as hell and all tables dirty.AVOID AT ALL COST!

Pretty fast service, but it seemed most of the restaurant was unclean. From the floor to every tabletop where there was not someone seated needed mopping and wiping down. This gave a very unsanitary feel as I looked in multiple areas for somewhere to sit while waiting for my number order to be called.
For a McDonald's, this location isn't bad. It's renovated with artistic walls that creates a more inviting atmosphere. When I went on a Monday evening, the space was clean with plenty of corners to sit. Service was a bit more friendly and faster than expected.
Surprisingly clean place for the location, not too crowded on some occasions with quiet and peaceful place to grab something quick while on the go or to settle down for a bit.You can self order with machines or go order yourself by the cashier but less customizable compared to the former, which is a nice addition as I almost always get to choose what I want on my food.Overall not a bad choice, would come back here again.
Fast clean Friendly and Helping. Customer Service was really Awesome! Unfortunately McDonald's in some areas in DC need to really copy this store .only a handful in DC are on point
I guess this is the nearest outlet of McDonald’s to the Smithsonian Museums. It is located at prime location, neat, clean, service was fast and staff was also friendly. Prices are comparatively more than other locations. Just one thing noticed that, homeless people are also coming with all their stuff and asking customers to buy food for them. This was not expected in the area where it’s located. That’s the only reason I provided four stars.
For as busy as this place is, it remains pretty clean.The combination of glass dividers, masks, and how loud it is in there while it's busy made ordering difficult. I'd suggest using the mobile app.
