Excellent food and service. First class
The food was very good! I was disappointed about the service. I would think that a place as pricey as this is would provide a much better service. Waiters need more training. We were still having our appetizers when our main dish arrived and it was placed on the table. My husband told them we were not ready yet. We are not interested in having a cold Japanese A5 Wagyu steak! I was still having my bread and it was removed from the table without asking me. It felt as if we were being rushed and we wanted to enjoy our meal and my birthday celebration. Such a shame because the food is good but the service is an important part of having ann enjoyable experience.
Everything was great and our server was amazing. We also shared this with the managers. We were there for my motherâs birthday. This was her first time going and it was a great experience for her.
Second time at this restaurant and it does not disappoint.

Mastro's has never let us down yet. We have been to this place about 6-7 times and every time has been on point with food, service, and everything. This time was for my wife and they made her feel special as always. I recommend this please. Until next time. Terrell R.

Really special birthday celebration for Cesar! We had an excellent time and the service was fantastic.
This would have been a 5 but my fiancéeâs steak was brought to us rare instead of medium rare. The waitress took it back and it came back well done.
