The breakfast sandwiches are tasty, filling, and perfectly portioned (not so big as to last three meals, but exactly right for a breakfast). McDonald's breakfast sandwiches dream of being these!! The environment is cozy, cute. Service is fast. Coffee is pretty good. Prices are affordable. All around, great staple.
Super nice and friendly staff. Very helpful and good prices, especially if you dine in! I'll be coming here a lot I can already tell. They've also got wifi, comfy chairs, and outlets so great for working on a laptop.
I am SO happy this awesome little restaurant survived the pandemic! I hadn't been there in over 2 1/2 years but the food is still incredible! 5+ stars for the Chicken Bahn Mi sandwich!!!

I was visiting Washington DC and I found this place. I ordered a latte which it was AMAZING!!! The coffee is so delicious. I also ordered a caprese and a turkey sandwich. They were so good, tasty and well done. The place is cozy and clean. The staff is so kind and friendly. I will definitely go back when I travel to DC again.
Hidden gem! Fantastic, well-priced food and drink and wonderful, bright atmosphere with wifi and lots of seating.
My husband and I love this place! We go every weekend for an Americano and croissant or sometimes a smoked salmon bagel. The prices are MUCH better than most (all?) places in DC and the Navy Yard, and yet the quality is outstanding. The ambiance is unpretentious and the staff are so incredibly nice. I get the vibe that it’s family-owned and run but I’m not absolutely certain. The upstairs has a surprisingly large seating area and there’s also a very nice little park right across the street where you can sit and enjoy your coffee.Updated to add that this morning, for the first time, I got a slice of their cinnamon coffee cake which was only $2.99 for a very thick (and delicious!) slice. This would’ve cost me $5+ at any other DC coffee shop and would’ve been a thinner slice.
I absolutely love this place. The staff is so helpful, friendly and kind. The coffee is seriously so delicious and the food is great too. I try to come here over all the other coffee spots around Navy Yard. I pretty much always get the caramel macchiato and it’s AMAZING! Every time I get it from other places it never compares. Highly recommend :)
Terrific, expertly-made coffee and tea drinks with great bagel sandwiches and pastries. I love the upstairs seating area, which is much quieter than other places (lots of tables, fewer people, and no useless background music). This makes it easier to focus on work or have genuine personal conversations.Service is spectacular and very friendly. They remember you after only one or two visits.Best of all, it's not yet another trying-too-hard-to-be-cool-to justify-exorbitant-pricing coffee cafe chain.Go here if you want local real deal coffee and tea.
Best espressos! I love the mochas and lattes. Sandwiches are also delicious and come with a bag of chips/fruit. The owners are super nice. Love this place!
