This place is amazing and is hard to believe it's not a chain, the branding is so well done. Bibimbap with everything is your best bet here. It's really different from most things you've eaten and very tasty.It is very fast to get your food, maybe the fastest place to get a fresh made hot meal that I've ever seen. While we were there for 30 minutes, probably 10-15 takeout customers were in and out. Less than 5 minutes from ordering to getting an excellent hot meal during lunch on a weekday.Give it a go!

An interesting place, has most types of Asian cuisine and even a bit of mexican. Really, lots of options and I enjoyed it myself. Would go back again. Prices werent too bad and has an option for basically anyone

Bibija is good for Korean-Mexican fusion food. Bibimbap & Kor-Mex burito, vegetarian is wholesome.
The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was very good and so fresh. Some of the best Korean food that I have had in a while.
Pre covid this was a nice spot, now not so much. They charge extra for korean items like bulgogi and kimchi as if they weren't a korean restaurant... They also asked what sauce I wanted and then didn't even put it on there. Not to mention they charged me for the bag on my to-go order. They have a good selection of drinks though.
Ducked into this interesting restaurant for lunch, and so glad we did! KorMex it was billed as. They make rice bowls called Bibimbap.. You choose a protein (including tofu), white or brown rice, variety of vegetables and a sauce. The sauce called chochujang is amazing! Most customers were getting lunch to go, but there were plenty of tables to eat in at. Very healthy food!
