Best thing about this place are the flowers shown in the image. Took 15” to get an iced coffee.August 5, 2022Nice of Ladurée to respond. Here are the details. I ordered an iced coffee. I had to ask for it twice. Finally got it after 15".

We came without a reservation and the hostess was kindly proposed us a table to have a coffee. Of course as all Laduree prices are above average but it is worth it. There were many fresh desserts. I can’t say that I was too impressed with macarons. They were tasty and rich in origin flavor. At the same time other desserts were amazingly delicious. Especially a raspberry tart. It is a perfect place to enjoy yourself in a beautiful morning.

Nice shop/restaurant with good macarons and decent coffee. You can sit and eat but I think you need a reservation. Spent ~$70 on 16 macarons and 2 coffees.

We ordered the millefeuille vanilla, the iced matcha latte, and the iced chocolate. The cake was great! Not too sweet and very flavorful. However, the iced matcha and the iced chocolate was disappointing. The iced matcha was bland and even tasted a bit sour. The iced chocolate was also bland. I even felt that they didn't stir the drinks well enough, leaving some powder-ish texture. We drank one sip each and couldn't bare drinking another sip. We left the whole cup almost untouched. I felt robbed, given the drink costs 6-7 bucks each. Also also, there is a mandatory 18% "gratitude" that was included on the check. How is this a thing? And they dare asking for "additional gratitude"? Unbelievable.Order desserts take out. Save money. Save face in front of your girl friend.

They have a wide variety of pastries and macarons. I love the different flavors, many of which are unique. They have croissant-based sandwiches for lunch and a nice tea service, also with a wide variety of options that you can't find elsewhere. I had a pot of tea which makes about three cups worth (my only suggestion would be to provide more tea). The cafe is decorated nicely and you would think your in a tea shop in Paris.

It was Saturday and the place was busy, and looked like they’re short-staffed (not sure), but I think the staff members did their best to serve us. We didn’t have to wait so long for food, and they never gave us dirty look for taking tons of pics xD

Exquisite (and expensive). I have only tried the pastries and confections here, but so far everything I have sampled has been phenomenal. Excellent service at the counter, and their take-away boxes are very cute and stylish. I now know why the Maison Laduree has such an outstanding reputation for their sweets and desserts! Truly world-class, but very pricey.

They need to brush up their act considerably! Finger sandwiches were like doorstops! No teaspoons and no cake forks! Food presented on silver cake tower with NO doilies underneath! Bad presentation! Very expensive! Where can one get a decent English tea this side of the pond?

Delicious food, teas are wonderful and pastries superb! Highly recommend for lunch or tea time! Service was wonderful, extremely attentive and friendly with our extra requests for a group of 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The decor is so similar to their France locations you will feel as if you are there;-)))

Wonderful little afternoon tea experience! However, this is a much more sugar heavy meal (2 of the 3 levels on the tower are sweets / pastries) than the vast majority of tea experiences out there (generally 1 level of sweet, 1 level of savory, and some more neutral scones). If you have a sweet tooth, this is definitely the tea experience for you and the gift bag of 4 macarons to take home with you at the end was wonderful!
