Conveyor Belt Sushi Sushi Bar

The sushi was always fresh, the staff tells you how the ordering works if it’s your first time and, let me tell you something, the Taiyaki ice cream was one of THE BEST things I’ve ever put in my mouth. The red bean fish pastry was hot and freshly fried and the ice cream was smooth. I was absolutely starstruck while eating it. The sake is served in traditional Japanese style in a wooden box. All of it was absolutely fantastic.

In NOVA, hard to find conveyor belt sushi that isn't Tysons Corner location so we found this in DC and Metro'd in to try it out for Sunday lunch. It's a small cozy place that has the conveyor belt system and is surprisingly technology equipped. They have a robot drink waiter and a great touchpad ordering and service call system. The actual food was good for conveyor belt quality. The reason for 3 instead of 4 stars is due to no napkins or soy sauce dish provided when we were seated, needed to call service staff separately for each item. Normally there is a napkin dispenser on the table but we didn't have one. But the selection was a lot and the order and delivery system for special dishes was great. Overall, a fun experience and I'd come back once and awhile when the craving for the experience hits again.

Looks popular, we had to wait 20 minutes to get a table around 2 p.m. Food was fine and worth of the price. Service ok. I can not say anything very positive about the place but worth to visit and decide yourselves.

In terms of the food experience, this place is great. The family loves the revolving idea. It's unique to the states and makes dining exciting. However.... the sushi isn't always the BEST....although...the desserts are great! If you're expecting great sushi.... I wouldn't recommend here. If you want a fun experience... this place is for you!

The Sushi Bar comes from Japan. The last time I ate was in Taiwan. But all of the things are almost the same. Strongly recommend that you have to download their app to make yourself on the waiting list, or you might not have a chance to eat here. Every plate on the bar is the same price of 3.22, and you can also order some more stuff on the laptop, so come and enjoy the meal.

Delicious and friendly service.I have been to multiple locations so far, use the app to reserve a table, it'll give you an estimate of wait time and you can get there accordingly instead of waiting outside for a long time. It's fun to submit the plates to get their prizes and you can order additional food on your own without having to flag down a server and it gets sent to you using their serving belt system! Also, if you need anything, you can "call" for help using their monitor, responses are prompt. Also, you can checkout on your own! This kind of system should be implemented in all restaurants!

Found this chain in DC, we want to try their NJ location for a long time bit it always long line, but when we were here there was no lineup, so we rush in.The dishes on the belt seems pretty fresh all the time, I saw them replace some old dishes at the kitchen. It is always fun to pick food on revolving belt, it not the same as traditional one, you can also order your specific items with a touch screen display and they will come out on its top track when it's ready as in my photo the ramen.Their food quality is good, we had 14 dishes all are good, no complaints. But we should have order 15 dishes to get a fun toy from the top..... Oh well next time.

It's my family's first experience to have revolving sushi in the US. I know this restaurant has two locations, one in the DC and one in the NJ. We were lucky that there was no waiting line at DC location the night we visiting (as I know, NJ location is always in line).Food quality of this restaurant is decent, not super fresh but for sure is not old. Since it has enough customers to sit in the restaurant, all food plates are turnover quick. Prices are very reasonable, all plates on revolving belt are $3.15 each, plus it has some foods you can order thru the tablet, and your order will deliver thru the belt and stop right next to you. It's a very cool and amazing experience.

Miso Soup was luke warm.Watermelon looked so sad and old.A lot of the sushi does not look fresh. The wasabi was clumpy and very questionable.Service and staff were…interesting.Wait staff was rude and full of attitude, very unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable from the moment we walked in and sat down.Took a while for check out.We left after a couple of dishes.Very disappointing. Will not return.

Went there for the first time with a friend and it was a fun experience. Sushi was very good and tasted fresh. They had a lot of varieties along with other dishes and desserts. The staff were nice and gave us the rundown on how to remove the sushi from the conveyer which was an interesting experience trying to grab it, but overall would highly recommend.I suggest reserving a table ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. We only waited 10 min but they were very busy the whole time we were there.
