The flavors, bobas and mixes are amazing, worth every dollar spent. The location could need a redesign and a little more care into it. But overall, the drinks are amazing, give it a shot
The staff was nice enough to accommodate my request for some brown sugar in the rim of my cup for my winter melon grin tea with less sugar. Overall it was better than teas from other locations of the same chain.

Updates: The management reached out here and by email. Refund was offered.. I appreciate it, after a bad visit. Great customer service for quick resolution. I am glad there is kung fu tea in DC. I will give them another chance for my next order. I still love the drinks.Past review: Unfortunately, my experience today in the M st location is disappointing. I ordered 3 drinks. But they forgot my bubbles and herbal jelly on one of it - the most important ingredients in a almost 8 bucks bubble tea drink. Since I have three orders to go, I didn't notice it right away. And their rewards machine is broken so I could not eve.use my app and rewards. They seem overwhelmed even though there were three persons behind the counter. I always supported the chain though. Hopefully they will improve. Thanks.
Kung Fu Tea is a great place to get bubble tea. They offer many different drinks you can order with many different toppings, to customize your drink however you like.
Tasty, reasonably priced, and the staff is always so nice!!! The menu is huge, so I recommend checking out the website first, though the staff give really good recommendations!

The bubble tea here is both tasty and consistent, which I wouldn't say about many boba shops. Try the Cocoa Cream Wow Cap for something different.Our family has tried many flavors and combinations at KFT. They were all good except one seasonal experiment that I can remember.
