Warm atmosphere, awesome service and a solid menu. Definitely coming back here on return to DC!!! ???????Plus positive acknowledgment of both Irish and black historical culture (lookit the walls). Love this spot!

Kelly's is a great, no nonsense, beer and whiskey bar. Come in, know what you want to drink, and you'll get it. If it's busy, and you're not sure, or you want the bartender to guess, this place isn't for you.
Excellent experience! Exactly what I expect from the true Irish pop. Friendly staff with great choice of drinks and food that goes with it at very affordable price in very authentic Irish style pop atmosphere. Food came right up and tasted excellent!If you looking for your Cheesecake Factory type of dinning, this is not your place and shouldn’t be.
This has really gone down hill. Went there for the first time after Covid hit and it just wasn't the same. I hope it improves, use to be a great place.
Yum! Food, service and prices are great. It's an older bar with plenty of seating indoors and some seating outdoors too. I tried the chicken tenders, burger, fries and tots. If you like tots, this is your place!! I've also had the fish and chips before and it's good too. Everything comes out fresh and hot!!
Best hang out during police week- get there early if you want a table and expect to be there till closing! Great time.
I have attended this pub multiple times since 2006. The food and service is good. Typical Irish fare. The atmosphere during is legendary if you're a police officer and attend during National Police Week, as Kellys' is the go-to location to hangout.
I visited this establishment with a group of friends from Ireland.The bar Staff were so ignorant and didn't seem to want us there. I witnessed one of them not cleaning his hands after cleaning a urinal.just went back behind the bar serving.Also they were incapable of properly pulling a pint of Guinness which was overpriced.Avoid at all costs
A DC classic! It has been around a long time. It’s a cool place with a lot of locals. It’s not fancy but a great place to watch the game. The drinks are solid. It has great bar food. Everyone working there are very nice
