A average smoothie sandwich bar that was perfect for getting out of the rain.I got one of their signature drinks the Joe’s Green mile that was pretty good. My wife got the green tonic Juice that neither of us really liked. We would recommend sticking with the smoothie.Recommend as a clean place that is an easily forgettable pit stop if your walking around the DuPont circle district of DC.
The chocolate cupcake was dense and dry. It tasted like it was made with dark chocolate. I didn't find much on the menu that appealled to me.
Had juice nd sandwiches @ JOE & THE JUICE nd it was good both the time i visited... Good services by the staff also
The barista is so rude!! They literally told us to leave in the rudest way ever:/ also for some reason the smoothies tasted bad and they were too warm! Never going back.
This is a juice bar that wants to be a cafe. The coffee is just bad and the baked goods taste like they came from a 7-11. Stick to making juice.
I love this place, every morning the young man behind the counter is always so helpful, and he makes my drinks just right.
This my 2nd time here, it seems like they don’t want to work at all. I arrived 4:30 and they told me they closed already.I am super mad that i drive that long distance for the guy to told me he closed and there still 30 min of his time to close.
One stars for the two rude employees today on 11/22 4pm. Black guy and black girl who mask was down their chin and having audacity to tell me in our store you still have to wear a mask, even today, dc lifted its mask mandate…. I said ok I dont mind wearing one, i been coming since summer in one, i said what about a sign on the door because there is no sign. Girl, cuts me offAnd said well we wont serve you if you dont wear one.I have always had great experiences in joe and the juice , coming from nyc, this place was known for cozy laid back excellent chill staff worked there. In this location its way way sour.I think I have to callCopr. on this store this week.IWillChange this review after corporate gives this store a call. Also many coffe shops nearby such as Tatte in Dupont and pret and gregory says you dont need to wear an mask anymore plus they have great customer service so i rather give my money to those businesses.
Overall terrible experience. The barista was very rude and impatient. I got a latte that was so bad I only took two sips of it. It tasted like straight up dirt. The açaí bowl was runny and tasted like an 8 year old made it.
Customer service was horrible, the coffee was even worse, and the açaí bowl was trash. I don’t know who is keeping this place open because it’s not good
