Today, on or about 4:30pm, I walked in and wanted to place an order from the kids menu. The woman at the counter gave me the blue kids menu to fill out. I said I would like the mac and cheese and the meatballs. She said, it comes with two sides pick your sides. So, I selected the hummus and cucumber. I gave her my credit card, she said 22.00. I was surprised for a kids mac and cheese and meatball that comes with “two sides.” The blue menu has a price of 8.99? I said how can this be 22.00? Then I looked at the menu board above the register is reads 9.99. I asked for my credit card back and left the store. I don’t know if someone is looking for extra cash from customers or what. She couldn’t explain why it came to 22.00.This is unacceptable especially from an unfriendly worker. Further, this woman needs customer service training. I will never go back again.
40$ for two sandwiches and they wouldn’t give me a bag then they gave me the wrong sandwich’s

Jetties used to be really good. Their Long Pond salad was the best. Went yesterday after many years and was not impressed. Not good enough for the price or the competition. Got a large salad with high quality ingredients but not great flavor.

I have been meaning to stop by this location for ages and so glad I finally got the chance.This place and their food is frickin awesome! I came in the other day and had the Clark Cove sandwich aka Roasted turkey, coleslaw, white american cheese, and Thousand Island dressing on toasted sourdough. I also had their seasonal salad with Spinach greens, goat cheese, butternut squash and all sorts of filling deliciousness.
The staff is super rude. Sandwich was average.
Macomb location has the worst cashier service in town! Rude, confrontational and overall experience crushed my hunger pangs. Plus food isn’t worth those prices. It’s not that great. Not going there ever again.
Sandwich was good. Place was busy with takeout, room a while to get served.
