Ordered the big kahuna steak and cheese with extra cheese my husband's dinner. He loved it!! I tasted it because I had Chipotle and was mad . Don't get me wrong Chipotle was good but that sandwich was The Bomb!! I know what to get next time God's Will!! Thank you Tuwambae. Excellent customer service ? and the cook Outstanding ? I've been to a lot of Jersey Mike's but this location is what makes the Jersey Mikes name what it is. The two gentlemen working today... hands down two of the most polite employees I have evee encountered at any of the locations I have ever been. Tag teaming crazy to go orders prior to our order, friendly and got our orders perfect! It was nice to walk in to this kind of atmosphere with the family. The place was clean, staff was great and food was AMAZING! 10 Stars!
As soon as I got there it looked like it was closed, windows were dark. I looked in and it was open. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I order a whole Big Kahuna, I honestly thinks it's their best sub. The price was even with DC taxes it was cheaper than the MD location. I was short a few cent he let me slide. But I went to my car and got it for him. My sub was done in less than 4 minutes nice and hot and good. Thank you...
My sub was really great, but they were so busy handling phone/internet orders that they were kind of neglectful of the few walk-ins... But, as I said, my steak and cheese sub was REALLY good.

I placed a order yesterday between 7pm & 8pm on Door dash. I did not receive the bacon I asked for on my sandwich ?. Do to the amount of money you are spending and not receiving your correct order is problem ?
Jersey Mike's is by far the best large chain sandwich shop in DC, MUCH better than Subway or Potbelly. No place else slices the deli meats and cheeses fresh right in front of you as you order, unless it's a mom-and-pop joint. They also bake their bread on-site.They serve both hot and cold subs, cheese steaks, and wraps. I highly recommend the #13 Italian, topped "Mike's Way', which is LTO, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Italian spices. Ask for easy on the olive oil. The #9 Club Supreme and the #17 Philly are also good choices.Service is polite and quick. It gets crowded at lunch, but the wait is worth it! Doordash delivery is usually no more than 30 minutes.

I really like this place. The taste is so different from the other food joints. They're open late, they slice their meats fresh for the subs.I always get the Big Kahuna. It's a spicy cheese steak, opens up my sinuses, so cheesy, crispy and flavorful!
