They came through last minute with an amazing cake! A company canceled on me Thursday night for a Sunday event. I emailed Imagine Studio and they came through. They are very friendly and great customer service. Their cakes were super moist and beautifully done! Love this place. They also support the military!
Made a beautiful cake that tasted amazing! The cake was bigger than I was expecting, but that’s not a bad problem to have. The design was exactly as requested.
We’ve ordered several cakes from them at this point. One time we actually were given the wrong cake but it worked out fine in the end. Since then we have always paid the extra $25 to have the cake delivered instead of picking it up. The cakes always taste amazing and always look good. I can trust that the pic I send of the cake I want is what I will get. The only thing I will say is that my last cake was delivered in a box that smelled like smoke, so I had to immediately take it out of the box and throw the box away. It did not affect the cake’s taste thankfully.
I ordered the 15 cupcakes and was delivered on sept 24. The cupcakes didn’t taste fresh and also I thought that all 15 cupcakes were going to fit in one box.Would I have known that I would’ve just order 12 . It was awkward to see two boxes and one box had only 3 in them . I’m addition you guys should really work on your packaging . It’s looks generic . I may have well just bought cupcakes from store rather than ordered them .Thank you . But I will not order again and will give your company a bad review
My wife placed a Birthday cake order 2 weeks ahead, my son likes vanilla flavor cake, he does not like Chocolate cake at all, the cake was suppose to be delivered at 3:00pm. What they did was very very sad, around 3:30 pm we were worried and started calling them becouse they did not delivered as they promised, and their was no answer, around 4:00pm I decided to go to the store, when I get to the store I found out the store was a fake address, the store was a convenient store it was not a bakery and the people who were their told me the bakery use the store to delver the cake only, they have no way of contacting the baker. The cake was finally delivered around 5:25pm, after we gave up on them and went and bought a cake from Wholefoods, in addition the cake was a chocolate cake we did not ordered. My son's birthday was ruined. If you want to have a decent program please don't order anything from these people. After my wife complaint via email, they decide to give us back $25.oo. Till now no body called and apologized or gave us an explanation for what went down.
They deliver the cake 2 and half hours late after we finished the birthday celebration. On top of that, we ordered vanilla flavor, but we received chocolate. Very disappointing.
I ordered a CocoMelon cake 3 days before a godsons birthday party and they did not disappoint.The cake not only looked good, it tasted awesome!!!I will definitely be using their services again!!!
