Some people refer to IHOP as I-slop but this IHOP had very high quality service and very good food and presentation. Sanitation and cleanliness were very good. Good prices too

The food was great no complaints there! But the service really messed up our experience. The waitress was zooming everywhere. There was no introduction and she told US that she was gonna bring us coffees and left….we didn’t want coffee! She didn’t give us a chance to order. Then she comes back and when we tell her that she said - well now I wasted a whole batch of coffee. We felt rushed when eating our food, yet we stayed here longer than we needed too because she stopped coming by. We missed a showtime for a movie we were going to see.
Super heavy Pancakes and the Omelette are also very heavy but that is what you want when you eat at IHOP.
Food was what you’d expect from an IHOP. solid friendly service with proper social distancing from other tables. Nice clean location. They were a bit understaffed when I went but I had no issues.
False advertisement. They are not 100 percent open 24/7. I was told that after breakfast, the dinning room open when the front of house staff shows up. That makes no sense to me. If you cant show up to work and the store closes due to it, you should be let go. Basically they are risking their business on their employees will to show up. Food is good though, so their kitchen is clearly on point.
I mistakenly order from this place, however I am pleased that they made a refund/ adjustment after I told them. When I said mistakenly I refer that I choose the wrong location and it was literally really far for me to drive all the way there. However I appreciate and very happy they were honest to return the money back. Many thanks to you guys.
4 Star for Food but 10 Stars for the server we had on 01/11/2022. The only guy on duty that day. He tried to serve us the best. One of my friend left the badge on the table and the server ran down half a block to give us the badge back. It was freezing cold and he has on his on duty attire. He didnt even stop to listen thanks or being tipped again. Very good employees you have. You have to keep them!
Decent American restaurant. The pancakes and French toast were okay. The bacon was crispy, the scrambled eggs were moist and fluffy. The coffee was ok but nothing special. The service was very slow because there was only one waitress serving, maybe that's because of the holidays. Overall, this is a decent place with reasonable prices.
Imagine it’s 2-3am and you’re hungry.. Where do you go? DoorDash! It took me a solid 30-45 mins and searching through reviews. I was going to get pizza at a couple different places but the reviews were either bad or nonexistent. I eventually got a pancakes craving and IHOP it was!I ordered at 3:10am via DoorDash. I got 2 blueberry pancakes, 2 slices of bacon, scrambled eggs, and hash browns. It was a little over $15. My food Arrived around 3:45am, which wasn’t bad. It was sooner than estimated delivery time, which I was happy about.The packaging was great! They put the blueberry compost and the whip cream in bowls versus on the pancakes. The food container had layers! I hadn’t seen this before. They had the eggs, bacon, and hash browns at the bottom and then the pancakes ok what looks a plastic top. Then another top was over the pancakes!While eating, quickly came to conclusion that the bacon wasn’t crispy enough for my liking. While they bagged syrup for my pancakes, they didn’t put any salt and pepper for my scrambled eggs or ketchup for my hash browns. My hash browns was shaped rectangularly and tasted decent without ketchup. I did end up adding some syrup but it wasn’t anything like having ketchup. My pancakes were delicious!!!! While there were blueberries in the pancakes, I think it was the blueberry compost that really make it outstanding! I tasted the whip cream but didn’t use it. It wasn’t very sweet. I honestly got full after eating the first pancake, but I couldn’t leave any evidence for my son, who was sleeping lol.This take out/delivery experience was really good. I enjoyed the food. Besides not having some condiments, I had no complaints. Thanks IHOP for satisfying my late night hunger!
