Great Experience!!! Will be back this year and may set up for an event for next yr. Service was always on point from the Security guys at the door to the clean up team !! Our waitress had to deal with 2 tables for our party and didn’t miss a beat !
July 2022 Drag Show Brunch.Everyone should purchase a ticket and attend the drag brunch. Great time. Fun. Exciting mc/host. Great performers. Gorgeous outfits. Nice music. Delicious food. Tasty drinks.
We were there for Frequency Fridays and I'd give the party 4 stars too. Great venue, the downstairs is spacious with good seating for bottle service and plenty of space to dance and mingle. Cheeky decor set the vibe and the bottle girls and bartenders were great. We had an issue with management or the promoter around bottle prices, but they were somewhere accommodating. Just be wary if you book for Frequency Friday on Eventbrite, the bottle prices listed may not be what's available.
This place is cute. Like IG worthy but that’s it lol Went here for brunch on Sunday, of course, and it was just OK.No valet parking. They take reservations but I think b/c EVERYBODY has been here it was not packed at all. Suitable for all ages (21-50). The food was subpar. Bottle service was a joke to me. They have hookah, electric, which was very different than your standard coal option. It’s a set menu for brunch. $35 for a appetizer, entree, and dessert. You can order Mimosas by the glass or opt for the “bottle service”(6 mini bottles of champagne) with a complimentary juice. If you want extra juice it’s $10.Don’t let the camera guy fool you. It’s $20 a photo. They do have a DJ but they seemed inexperienced.I’m glad I went b/c it was so hyped. But I’m wouldn’t return.
We went for Wednesday happy hour karaoke and had a great time. Service was fantastic and so was the DJ. Drinks were pretty good and so was the food. We really enjoyed the fries ?
I enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere. The food not so much. Our waiter was super sweet and nice. This more of a vibe, smoke hookah spot and a light meal like wings. Not a really Brunch ,due to the food being just ok.
I will continue to support this business and make sure to come back. I went here to see my first drag brunch for my bachelorette party (part 2), and the place, food, staff, and performers were all top-notch.
The food and customer service was great.
Ruined my sisters 21st birthday. 1/5 don’t recommend, spend your money somewhere will you will receive what was advertised. Cleanliness 0/5: - Mimosa glass served with lipstick on the rim, no one had lipstick on at the table - Mimosa kit bucket had hair in it, which then was on the juice carafe - Dirty/used hookah mouthpiece on the couch Menu Options 0/5: - Ingredients that were unavailable: (Bananas for French toast) (Grits for the shrimp and grits) (Yogurt/granola for fruit plate) - All of these missing ingredients could’ve easily been purchased at a local grocery store before opening, to ensure that the full menu was available. We were the first table of the morning, and the ingredients missing were never mentioned until we asked where they were, as they were missing from our plates. - Note: besides the grits, prior to ordering they said ( shrimp and grits ) was being served with rice. - The food that was ordered, everything was salty, over/undercooked, and so gross I just left my entire plate basically untouched. Steak was well done, even though menu said medium Salmon bites, salty and greasy Eggs Benedict, bread soggy Ambience 2/5: The decor is great, but the ambience was ruined, by missing ingredients, and 15 min before our two hour time limit, we were approached my Lara to remind us it was time to go… However, we hadn’t received our last course (dessert) yet, and we were not seated at exactly 11… do better. Don’t nitpick when you’re haven’t done the bare minimum. Customer Service 1/5: If a paying customers asks to purchase something on the menu, a La carte (I.e., a waffle) to accommodate a customer food allergy (to almost the entire menu), just find a way to ring it up so they can buy it. I don’t care if the waffle was $30, make it, so I can pay for it. DON’T stop a paying customer from spending more money on food you have in your kitchen! Waitress Amber and GM (Brad) were nice, but issues experienced by staff should not be the burden of a customer. I don’t care that your chef didn’t show up, or your ingredients are missing, FIX it, or notify your customers ahead of time…you had our contact information ( as we made A reservation) and could’ve informed us before you opened the restaurant this morning. The 1 star came from the waitress and GM appearing to care about our experience AFTER it was over, and brought to their attention. Hopefully, this review helps them provide better service and experiences to paying customers in the future.
I would not recommend this place. My boyfriend tried to surprise me for my birthday to come here. We were running a little late because we were looking for parking. They did not inform us that we had to be on time or you will lose your reservation. So we lost our reservation after 15 minutes. Once my boyfriend spoke with the people at the door, they told us to go online to request a refund and reschedule. We try to request the refund online, and then received an ignorant response. “Unfortunately you were late, no refunds.” The people that work there in front of the door advised us to go online and request a refund and reschedule. I would never come here, I would never tell my friends to come here, I would never recommend this place. Definitely went somewhere else for my birthday and had a ball. I hope y’all step your customer service game up one day, because if not, y’all would definitely lose business.
