First time here and it was a nice experience. It's by the water so you can sit outside and get a fresh breeze on a summer night.The Food:1. The Salsa and Chips Starter - The salsa has its own flavor compared to similar Mexican or Latin restaurants.2. The Burrito - This was a pretty good burrito, the rice and beans were also well flavored. Guacamole was excellent.3. The Taco Appetizer - These were small but pretty good. Wish there was more. Guacamole was excellent on this too.4.Sangarita - This is basically a Margarita with a Sangria. It's a delicious mix.
Very disappointing visit. First time in Washington and experience at this restaurant was poor from start to finish. Table and chairs were dirty from previous guests. Server (Edwin) was sullen and generally unhappy to be at his work and it showed. Drinks took forever to come and food even longer. When food did come the so called sizzling fajitas were not even warm never mind sizzling! All three of our plates had clearly been served up some time ago and sat under a warm heat lamp at best. Portion of cheese had been slowly heated and melted into oil! All in all an expensive and disappointing experience. Will not be back again and hand on heart could not recommend. A friend who was visiting from out of town and I dined at Guapo’s a couple of weeks ago. We both remarked at the large portion sizes. We could have ordered one dish and shared ?. The food was good and so was the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was quite busy on the day we dined but we were seated promptly and served within a reasonable amount of time. The wait staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely dine here again.
Daughter had steak fajitas , quality of steak could have been better. I had chicken burrito bowl and was ok, nothing special. Wait staff was not engaged, asked 3 times for hot sauce, yes they finally brought the hottest sauce that I have ever had, so that did not work. Did not appear to be the cleanest and staff was lacking. Would not return unless I was starved.
We experienced a fast and delicious lunch for a good price. Our waitress was as very fast, friendly and attentive. The food was perfect cooked and spiced accordingly. Toilets a bit overdone but clean. L really liked the fresh taco machine where you can watch tacos being produced. Cheers!
We came for lunch and honestly got so full we had to leave half the food. Healthy sized portions, quick service and a good drink menu. The salsa for the complimentary chips was … not it. We ordered the fundito with chorizo which was amazing, though the onions could have been chopped up a bit more. I ordered the seafood enchilada but ate it before I took a picture. The spicy margaritas were exactly what I needed.
Mediocre. Our service was not good. The process of arriving, sitting down, ordering, and getting our food took over 2 hours while people around us were served much more quickly.The fajitas were good though.
Customer service is Amazing!!! The food and the drinks were SOOOO GOOD!! Great place to chill and hang out with friends/family! Highly recommended
I had the shrimp appetizer, which was delicious. I also ordered oven pork roast, which was a little salty, not impressed at all. Drinks from the bar were good waitress was slow.
We ordered food online and it came after around 90 minutes when we tried to contact the stuff they were awfully rude the food came cold and really bad and rubbery and this was all on a weekday!
