I went there with my friend to buy bubble tea. The taste is good. The prices are over $5 for each menu depending on size. The shop is small and there are only two table and some chairs. I think there is no dine in service. Most of the customers are waiting for take out. If you want to use the bathroom, ask them for code to open the door.

I like Gong cha. In fact it might be one of my favorite bubble tea stores. But man oh man - be ready for the worst service amongst bubble tea stores (already not the best in the hospitality industry) if you come to this store. Ordered online to skip the line, saw as some drinks were placed in the counter as nobody was calling out the order numbers, only randomly someone would go and call out a number here and there, when the drinks were out of reach so customers weren’t able to check. 25 minutes later I approached and asked for my order number, and they handed me the drinks I had seen them carry out at the very beginning. Both their online ordering system and in store service need a lot of improvement. I will in the future, and would recommend, skipping this store altogether.
I ordered two drinks a Thai tea latte and an Taro Milk tea with grass jelly. The Thai tea was fine but the sweetness level I ordered was incorrect. The I was pretty underwhelmed with the Taro drink. The taro milk was powdery and the grass jelly tasted like it was made with tap water. Apart from that I had to wait an oddly long time to get the drinks…..
Extremely busy place given its location on M street. Floors always seem a little sticky and not well cleaned. Drinks have a little too much ice and are not generous with the portions especially the smaller size.
I ordered a waffle and two mochi donuts. I was told that my waffle was ready, so I went and pick it up. So I waited the two donuts which is already packed and putting next to the waffle, I have to stand there for ten minutes. The people are just chatting looking at their phone and not paying any attention to the order. My waffle was cold so as my heart.
Honestly, me and my son didn’t understand the product. Matcha Tea and Mango smoothie were average. But we will give another try, waffles smelled so good.
