Best boba tea ever!!!! Not too sweet, cold, and delicious honey boba filled the bottom of my cup! Only negative is I didn’t get a large!!!! Absolutely delicious!!!!
This store has the most variety menus among any other gong cha stores I ve even been. Taste was also great.
The tea and boba are great, world-renowned brand and doesn't let me down. That deserves 5 stars. What I despise is that they ask for my phone number so that I receive text message of order completion. Terrible idea, and I would advise everyone NOT to do this. My number was placed on some list and now I get automated phone calls in Chinese at very silly hours. It started pretty immediately after ordering there.
We’re visiting DC for the weekend and stumbled upon this gong cha location. It was a nice surprise. Ordered our usual order (triple jelly earl grey milk tea). This made our trip extra special because we haven’t had Gong Cha for awhile. Will be back soon (maybe tomorrow soon)
The workers are EXTREMELY nice. To the pretty girl and the workers who still took in my order, I will be forever grateful! Fast service and clean place. There’s not a lot of space for parking and the store is a tiny bit hard to find but, personally, I think it’s completely worth it. I can confidently say that almost all the drinks are absolutely delicious. Honestly, I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could.
I don't like to leave bad reviews on places, but this was really the worst boba I've ever had. But I definitely won't be visiting again. I order oolong milk tea with pearl, but it tasted like watery, such like water with milk and little bit tea, and some pearls are too hard to eat.
i dont like leaving bad reviews on places but this was seriously the worst boba i've ever had. i ordered thai milk tea w classic tapioca pearls, and i got thai milk tea that stained my teeth orange, tasted like a mix of dry erase markers and baby powder, and had no boba pearls. the store was cute tho so that's nice ig but i def won't be revisiting.
Lovely drink! I've been here twice. Both have been fast and what I paid for. The amount you get for the price (compared to a close tea place like Teaism) is much more economical. Teaism also doesn't add as many pearls and doesn't seem to fill it to the top. So basically if you like Boba teas, don't go to Teaism. Walk a couple blocks and get a fantastic product!
Really awful customer service -- the staff is unfriendly, made the wrong drink, and did not even give back my money or make a new one --- I'll try other boba tea places, but not this one again, simply awful
Don't expect the staff to help you through the choice selecting. I went with the Winter Melon and couldn't have been happier. Avoid adding tapioca aka Boba as you'll lose half of your drink. And I get the sense they're bathrooms are always out of order especially if you're not staff.
