This is regular ice cream not Gelato. Service sucks, place looks like it's going out of business.
Very good gelato! Good selection of flavors. Plastic cups they serve in are quite reusable! (Shame that many people discard those.)
I used to come here and bring the little ones all the time. Their ice cream is decent. However, their service is awful. Last Sunday, we went in there, waited in line where their posted sign indicated, when two geniuses came into the shop, bypassed the entire line, and went to the second guy who was only manning the cashier until then. They were not told to go back to the line, and happily placed their order while we all waited like idiots. When we pointed this out to the older employee, his look of indifference and animosity while he ignored what we said, and kept repeating: "Are you going to order?" was too much. We left, and are not coming back while these people are employed.
Ignore most of bad reviews, most of those people who said they couldn't taste anything are probably suffering from long COVID. This place is pretty good and it's right next to the water.The sorbet and the gelato were both delicious. Just eat it quick under the sun, it melts fast.
Terrible customer experience. My wife and I were there last Sunday (5/22) and we were asking questions about the gelato on display and neither one of the two Hispanic workers spoke any English whatsoever.The taller employee had a terrible attitude towards us for some reason, so we simply changed our minds and left. I would never have such employees working in my store if I was the owner of the establishment. Totally insulting and outrageous.THERE ARE BETTER PLACES

we just happened upon this Gelato place at the waterfront. We were thrilled with the selection they had. It was DELICIOUS. We will definitely go back here again if we are in the waterfront area!

Tried vanilla and coffee and neither had much flavor. The texture was very soft and tasted a little freezer burnt. Very friendly staff.
