My experience here for Saturday brunch was absolutely phenomenal. The food was amazing and quick, the coffee was wonderful, but most importantly, the service was perfect. Our waiter was very attentive to our table of 8 and very kind the whole time. I will absolutely be coming back here for great prices, wonderful food, and perfect service!!
The design of the restaurant is flawless and is only outdone but the wonderful staff and outstanding food. Knead restaurants are all known for one outstanding item. GATSBY goes above and beyond. Highly recommend requesting David for your server - an terrific guy with great recommendations. Order: meatloaf and don’t sleep on the Oreo cheesecake for desert. This is a great spot for dates, friends, families or just having a nice meal with a good book.
Every once in a while you go to dinner and the total experience is great. If that happens it must be the combination of the food and the service. Our meal at Gatsby’s falls into that category. It all started with our server, David. He was awesome from start to finish. He had suggestions for menu items, he made sure we had everything we needed yet never seemed to interfere in the conversation. The food was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. The calamari was an excellent stater and the cheesecake was tremendous for a finisher. This place is so good. We will definitely be back.
It was a bit loud inside but other than that food is wonderful. They have an amazing drink menu where you can get a bottle of wine or pitcher of unique drinks. I would say it is good for older kids as the place draws more of an adult crowd.
My husband and I went for the first time yesterday, I had called previously and spoke with the manager Indigo and she answered all of my questions regarding parking, best thing on menu, and best time to come. When we showed up the restaurant was beautiful super clean and we’re greeted by the host and the manager indigo (they all had mask !) . We had a great a view of the NATS stadium because it’s right across the street and they had all of the chill romantic vibes worth the candles and esthetics. I explained earlier to Indigo that it was our first year wedding anniversary and she checked on us many times along with our server giving us great advice on wines and discussing the menu it was very personalized and made our food and experience even better! Now to the food, I had the Chicken Piccata and my hubby had the chicken pot pie which was crusted with herbs, Lavendar, and maple let me tell you they were both amazing dishes and very filling with large portions. Lastly, we had the Devil’s Ganache which was so rich and delicious, like straight up Matilda style cake :). Please go to The Gatsby, you will have a great experience and def enjoy your food. It was really nice and we got an awesome waitress. There are lots of options for all kinds of diets and the wait for food was not long at all. Our waitress messed up our order but she was very apologetic and offered us another appetizer. I recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a nice meal to have after a game at the ballpark.
Sorry, hate to bash a place these days but the Ceasar—which should be an “explosion” of strong flavors was SO tasteless I just shook my head. They took it off the tab but for goodness sake; if you’re running a restaurant you really need to know what customers expect from such a well-known salad as a Ceasar.
Went here for brunch for the first time. The ambiance is hitting the mark for the Gatsby theme. I like that the booths are for two people and surround the perimeter of the first floor. There’s an elevator or stairs to go up to the bathroom. The menu looked delicious (not necessarily healthy) and I had a hard time deciding. The service was good, prices were fine with me. Parking was easy on a weekend. I am about to go here again today for my second time branching.
Pro's:. Friendly staff, very clean, cool atmosphere.Con's:. Slow kitchen, bland food, food ordered not received.I really wanted this place to be good. I was looking forward to visiting.I was honest about my meal having no flavor ( I ate maybe 5 bites of it) and while I had a conversation with the manager ( she was very nice) at no time did she offer to comp my meal because it was untouched. I also had to remind the gentleman who brought my food about the Mac and Cheese I ordered. It came 20 min later. It was the only thing that had taste.This was definitely a one a done
It was our first time here and the service and food was great. My meatball was a little under. Will I go back? Yes, definitely!
