The yogurt was functional and sweet, but lacking in the degree of depth of the best health foods yogurt that I've tasted in my life. I ordered this yogurt twice in order to help myself heal from a long-standing stomach injury I developed while traveling to the continent of India. I believe that FroZenYo is good for ensuring that you have a healthy digestive tract, but not necessarily ideal for one who wishes to eat a 5 star meal.

The worst frozen yogurt we have ever had. All flavors tasted like cardboard. The dispensers were rigged to come out SO FAST. Sneaky. Search elsewhere.
After visiting the Woodley park zoo with my family, I happened upon this neighborhood gem in my search for a refresher on such a hot day.I must say I was not expecting much - maybe an overpriced tourist trap selling less than mediocre ice cream. However I was soon pleasantly surprised. When I entered, I was greeted by an energetic and friendly young man named David. From the moment I approached the store, he made sure that the customer service was held to the highest standard.Because My daughter has cerebral palsy and is restricted to a wheelchair, we often have a difficult time entering places of business that do not accommodate her disability. David held the door for her and even took the time to fix the machine of her favorite flavor when she discovered it had run out. We were treated with grace and dignity throughout our experience and will certainly be frequenting this store when we return to Washington DC.Bravo, David!! And good luck at Michigan
Loved this on a hot summer day!! Yogurt was flavorful and fruit toppings were fresh. I decided to try the chicken wings as well which they fried on the spot and the quality was amazing
FrozenYo is a great place to eat and chill - no pun Intended. It’s fairly priced and has a multitude of yogurt flavors and great food options. Last time I went I was greeted by Beatrice and her son who gave me the warmest welcome and shared there own favorites in the store. If you’re looking for a spot for your family and friends this is the place to go. Look forward to going again!
Great location in-front of the zoo. The frozen yogurt was a great refresher after a long day at the zoo.
Best Frozen Yogurt Shop I have ever been to!! Their flavors of Yogurt are top grade and taste delicious! Also had their fries and wings and they were to die for. Some of the best wings/fries I have had in a very long time! We were also welcomed with smiles and friendly faces by the employees working there. Great experience and will definitely be a returning customer. 10/10
Claudia yelled at.my 16 year old because he went $1 over his budget and couldnt get to me at add more money to his debit card. She made him take some of the froyo off which is fine but she kept YELLING at him 'MORE!' Great customer service...lol
Didn't have most of flavors what was the use I love ur products it was just frustrating then it was soupy not good this visit
