Really good Mediterranean food. Plenty of meat, but also really good veggie/vegan options. Owner is super nice. Reasonable prices.
Tried an assortment of items for our family after visiting the Smithsonian Zoo. All pretty good. Kefta patties and the meat pies a bit dry. Cold items (grape leaves, labneh, hummus etc) all yummy. Falafel nice texture, not too greasy, surprisingly a bit spicy. Wallet-friendly prices for a place to eat-in.
Best pizza in town! The garden veggie and the mediterranean are fantastic! The baba ganoush, tabouli, baklava are great too! Well worth the trip there.
Got the veggie platter with falafel, israeli salad, humus, babaganoudh and pita. everything was rather flavorless and underwhelming and the pita was store bought. the man who helped me was very nice though.
My favorite fast casual spot in Cleveland Park. Open late. Big dining room and tons of fresh Mediterranean food. Meat pies are my favorite.
I cannot speak enough AMAZING things about this locally owned establishment! We had the chicken platter....YUM! Owners are super nice and helpful, located north of the Zoo right near the Metro stop. HIGHLY recommend you stop in here!

We tried a bunch of things and everything was extremely delicious! The lentil soup is phenomenal and the falafel might have been the best I’ve had.
