This has been my third visit to the Rockville location and my experience has always been pleasurable. The staff is very friendly (and many of them speak French, which only adds to the experience), the pastries and savory meals are awesome and fresh. But the coffee... EXCEPTIONAL! My only wish is that they have more macarons.

We love this place and these people! Perfect example for why?: I placed my order this afternoon, not knowing it was right at the same time they were running out of Crog'els... I got a phone call right away, letting me know and asking how they can accommodate me best!?! Perfect service, every time, with simple fresh yummy made to order food? Yes please!

If in the area. This is a hidden gem. You must try this bakery. Thank you, staff, for being kind every time I come to visit. God bless and keep up the solid work.?

The best baguette I’ve had outside of France. I walk in the shop and the smells make me feel as if I’ve been transported back to a bakery in Europe. The pastries are amazing. With half of my family being French and Belgian, I have high expectations of bread and pastries! Fresh Baguette does not disappoint. I’ve also purchased some tea imported from France which is now one of my favorite teas. Love their variety of imported food products.

I tried sesame baguette cinnamon roll, and almond croissant. Nice store and products.

Just learned of this hidden gem. All I want is a fresh baguette and this bakery lives up to its moniker.

I ordered on-line a series of breakfast items for a brunch. Impeccable service and product quality .The French boule was fantastic: crunchy on the outside an tender inside. The classic baguette was the best of qualities. The mini croissant and pain au chocolate were a little bread-like for my taste but flavorful. No doubt I will keep ordering and try the many offerings of this European style bakery.

This is more of a PSA than a review: This place has a funny Covid policy that they don’t post. You can’t take off your mask inside, even to eat or drink. I’m all for extra precautions, but I wish they would post it on a sign somewhere. The only way they enforce it is by reprimanding their customers who try to take sips of their coffee while waiting for their orders. Pretty uncomfortable. Also I wish I had known the only option for eating was outdoors in 45 degree weather before I purchased $30 of food for my family. Just passing on to others who might be caught off guard to spare you the unpleasant experience.

I really used to love this store, I lived around the area and used to stop by at least 3 times a week and recommend it to everyone. Unfortunately a year from now, the quality of the bread and the items they buy had been constantly decreasing in quality. To sweeten and stir your coffee before you used to have wood sticks or paper straws with different types of sugar, now, you must use a plastic spoon or plastic straw with refined sugar. Moreover, the bread is rarely fresh. This morning I stopped by to get a coffee and some bread, and sadly the bread of the Suisse and the Ham and Cheese croissant was so soggy that you could easily tell it was really old. It is sad to see that a store that had so much potential is no longer focused on quality, as it used to. Now, I don't feel comfortable recommending it to anyone nor I fee comfortable eating there as often as I used to.

Give their almond croissant a try it amazingly good & rich in taste with the perfect crunch
