Cute store but service was not great. Even though there was no one behind me in line the cashier was short and not so willing to provide service (I actually had to wait for her to even approach the cashier). Coffee was ok. The cookies were great .
This is a beautiful market but I couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience. The staff is incredibly rude and inattentive & make you feel like you’re bothering them. My friend & I both scheduled a pick up order for cookie dough about 2 hours out but got a message right away that it was ready to be picked up? Cookie dough needs to be refrigerated and they had it sitting there for over an hour so now it’s too risky to eat. They also called me and told me the cookie dough she ordered was out of stock but when I got there it was the correct one? And there was plenty in store. I hated my drink they made me but they didn’t seem to care when I told them. Overall just very unhappy.
Fair products but staff are really rude and undertrained. I went by today and said that I’d like a Matcha Latte unsweetened, ice and with oat milk. staff then asked me sweetened or unsweetened. So I said “ unsweetened, ice, with goats milk. “ And later the staff went asking me ice or no ice, then asked me with what milk… I mean seriously…When I was ready to check out with rest of my items, the guy at the cashier basically looked at me and measured me up and looked so bothered to work at all. He put everything in the bag and then realized he didn’t scan any of them, so he took everything out and scan them, then put them back…??And while I put my drink and food down on a table, the lady who was sweeping the floor knocked over my drink and said nothing to me…???Overall, this place is such a patchwork. Based on the images on social and the price, business idea behind this place definitely is to have it as a comparatively high-end hang out place/grocery store. Then you need to understand the products do not matter that much compared to service especially when they are so overpriced. I’d go to a place with overpriced food/drinks but with fantastic service. Wake up manager of this place!
Nice coffee shop with great service. Placed and order on the app for a drink they had just sold out. I was able to choose a new drink and got a pastry for free!
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, they have a wide range of ready made salads and sandwiches. They serve coffee, beers and wine too. The place is nice for a quick breakfast. They have wifi too and they don't accept cash, only credit for now.
They are vastly overpriced for offering essentially convenience food in shinier packaging, especially given that their prepared meals shelves seem to be perpetually empty. Other bad things: their app seems never to reflect the actual store availability, and their hours seem to constantly be changing or to differ from the posted hours. Even more bad things: the clerks just ignore you when you want to check out, so that takes forever.

Hadn’t been to foxtrot before but loved it, prices were reasaonable, a particular staff member Ingris was very helpful and recommended the avocado salmon toast which was amazing so much salmon generous amount of avocado spread couldn’t have asked for a better lunch, the red onions made the dish. 5⭐️
