After a successful withdrawal of $17,000 from an investment of $1300 from this broker. I'm so excited and unreservedly express my gratitude to Mrs Mariel Ramsey who guided me with through the investment course that yielded me $17,000 profit in just a week. The only worker in the establishment us very ghetto and rude. She told me customer is not always right and refused to take my order after already getting my first I ordered I paid for wrong. She was very irritable and agitated with very bad energy. I use to love to come to the Grill until now they don’t have good workers.

The service by far was short from amazing. It was very nice to see the photos of past guests and take in the nostalgic feeling the building offered. The menu offered a meatless option that was very good.

I love FL Ave Grill. Their breakfast is absolutely amazing and the portion sizes fill you up! Wish they were open more than 3 days a weekP.S. best home style fried potatoes

A beautiful and delicious meal to satisfy a soul food craving. I was a bit shocked when the prices at the grill were way higher than the online menu, but once I got past the shock of being told my total was more than a few dollars higher than I expected and saw the food/thought about supporting a local institution I didn’t really mind. Just look at this photo! You can practically see the crunch and satisfaction.

Absolutely amazing, historical restaurant that's not getting enough credit. The whole restaurant it's a beautiful time capsule. Learning our history while eating some good food. The fried catfish was absolutely amazing. Corn muffins were delicious and pork chops where as good as my grandmother's.

Most menu items were unavailable. No inside dining. The items were available at the neighborhood grocery store. Whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service. Very disappointed..

I used to love coming here but after my experience today I will never go back. We ordered 2 brunch meals and were told it would take 10mins. After 20mins we politely enquired about our food and the response was 'it's not ready yet'. After 45mins we enquired again and mentioned we'd been waiting a long time and people who ordered after us had come and gone with their food, the response we got was 'well I'm waiting for it too! Do you see all these people here?! After an hour we went back to the window and enquired again and the lady was so awful to us. They'd missed our order and nothing was being cooked so we asked for a refund since we just wanted to leave at this point and we got a really snarky response from the serving lady. A woman in the line then asked what we had ordered and I told her, the serving lady then cussed us out and then slammed the window shut and refused to serve anyone. What a disappointing end to a DC institution that was once much loved.

My favorite spot for breakfast. Love this place and always have❣️❣️??

The pancakes were phenomenal. It's a great little place where you can get an easy breakfast while enjoying some history. The people who manage the restaurant were very friendly and we're quick with the orders. Unfortunately you're not able to sit inside at this time but definitely check this place out if you're nearby.
