Don't use their online ordering feature. They told me they don't prepare the food until I arrive. What's the point of ordering online???? They shouldn't take online orders if they aren't going to prepare when ordered!
After getting my food I went home sat down and took a few bites 20 minutes later my stomach start aching I didn't think too much at the time because I just finished walking 5 miles 10 minutes before entering Five Guys after 10 or 15 minutes I sat down to eat the rest of my dinner after about 2 hours I had to throw up the staff there was goofing off too much and not paying attention to detailThanks
Go in-person. If you order this to your house, they will forget something or screw up your burger. They always do.But, even if you go in-person, you have to watch them closely. It’s not intentional, exactly, they just don’t care enough about doing a good job. That said, what they make is generally good and consistent with Five Guys quality standards.In other words, it’s Five Guys. Just keep an eye on them to make sure they make your food right and don’t forget things.
Best five guys in the DMV. They're definitely cooking with love. I've been to 4 others in the area and dfor some reason this one got the razzle dazzle. I'll only come to this location now. Not to mention the customer service is 10 stars. I do wish they would do better with wearing the masks properly but other than that they're perfect. I love it here!
I went today and ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries and I must say that burger was amazing and so cheesy. I enjoyed my lunch and the fried was nicely seasoned I can't wait to try their milkshakes next time I go.??

Oh man, I just these burgers. Simply made with an amazing taste. Staff is courteous and helpful. Place is well lit up and clean. Good for the whole family. I strongly recommend. ??
The Navy Yard Five Guys does not disappoint. It is clean and has a super friendly staff. Order like a pro and get a small hand cut fry and little cheeseburger. Five Guys all the way!
It’s a regular Five guys and all, burgers are good, however the staff is always super friendly and quite fast to get the order out.
