Went there with fairly high expectations as the chain came highly recommended from the online community. Highly disappointing burgers. You had to choose your toppings, including mayonnaise. Being first time visitors, we were completely unaware that the basic burger was just the bun and patty, and the toppings were not extras, but also what we consider basics in a burger. So, some of us did not choose mayo and as a result the burgers were very dry. The patty was not upto the mark, the burgers were very small (not the usual American size), the price was high and the service slow. Lousy value for money.
Delicious burgers and friendly staff. Place was clean and busy, but they kept the line moving.
I'm all for a taste hamburger but the prices are a little high. Those fries though.... absolutely amazing. I will never walk by a Five Guys without stopping in for some fries.Seriously, try the fries.
Best service and experience I’ve had with any other food service. Reliable, kept me notified of when the deliver would arrive.
Love the food, hate the service. They forgot my burgers bacon. I didn’t realize until I got home because it was takeout. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had here. Very disappointed but the food is good overall if it’s correct.
Very clean, staff clears tables fast. However, fries woefully salty and the burger patty was bland.
The food was delicious I had a double bacon cheeseburger and I wish I would've ordered a second. I would've loved some more seasoning on my fries I wish it was an option to choose as well.
Not very pleasant. Staff refusing to acknowledge people waiting to order. They look tired and over the customer service thing. I can’t say I blame them. The two ladies in front of me walked out and I decided to follow.
Food might be fine but management is terrible. both my friends had their masks on. Everyone in the place had no masks since they were eating. Was denied a mask when I asked for one and instead of being able to sit down and my friends ordered for me, I was told to try the restaurant down the street for a mask. It has been a long time since I left a 1 star. Nice management. Workers wasn’t the problem.
Ate here while out touring Washington DC. Masks are required and you must show a vaccination card in order to eat inside. The staff was friendly, the service was fast and the food was delicious as it always is. For more of my reviews on restaurants and other places of interest, follow me on Google reviews
