The wings are good and the staff are fine but the ordering system is a mess. I ordered my wings at 1:55 pm. Urber Eats said that my wings would be done at 2:08. I get to Kramers at 2:18 to pick up my wings and they are not ready. It's now 2:35 and I'm just getting my wings. I had an issue using door dash the last time I ordered. Also I should have checked in the storee but I got home and realized I was only given 9 wings instead of the 10 piece I ordered.

ok so this is a 2 part review. I will review food separately as this is a issue worth noting alone for anyone looking for this place.upon arriving to “Fed Wings” u realize this is a book store. Called “KRAMERS” not an actual restaurant called “Fed Wings”.Super, Super, Super confusing for someone looking for food and not books, it’s a small sign on the door referring to “fed wings” if you happen to see it and not walk away in confusion; you walk in and it’s still not clear who to talk to about “fed wings” because on top of that it’s also restaurant in the back called “ALL DAY”. no more signs in sight to let you know about “fed wings”. They have Little red cards by the register referring to it, if you happen to notice them in your by this point super confusion looking for “fed wings”.You have to ask someone in the “ALL DAY” restaurant about “FED WINGS”. If you make it to that point you will then realize Fed Wings is not a restaurant at all. It is simply the name of the wings on the menu at the “ALL DAY” restaurant. Which they do not have all the info about the wings on the menu, only on the website.All In all I have no problem with stores/restaurants being creative with space.But to give your wing section on your menu, it’s on google page, is by far the most confusing thing I’ve experienced in DC getting food.
Three wings had feathers in them. I was very disappointed.

Coming from Rochester / Buffalo, NY... These wings are the best around the DMV area. Love the smokey buffalo sauce and homemade blue cheese. A staple for Buffalo Wing lovers.
Placed my order at 6:38. Doordash said my order was ready at 7:52. Luckily I gave up on waiting and walked over to find my order sitting on the counter before that. Decent wings but they are probably still figuring out the pickup model. If you order for pickup with doordash, don't rely on anything telling you when it's ready or your wings may be cold. Wings were room temp when I got them. Room temp wings were alright however.
Fedwings is delicious... The ordering and pickup process was super easy. Very plain and simple to understand. Once I arrived at Kramer Bookstore they have a temperature tablet that checks your temperature and let's you know when to continue on. It's very neat and clean in the book store.. it's surprising to see a kitchen in a bookstore but it works at Kramers... I love federalist pig and I love fedwings.. I can't wait to try out the sandwiches...
