Cauliflower Tacos; steam the cauliflower for a short period and you’ll have a winner.Quesadilla; On Point and the Mole is superb!Old fashion; Top Tier flavor and presentation.Espita Sour; The height of my experience at 5:20 PMMezunta; Flavor forward. A finish you won’t expect. I think this is the best surprise for your date.Mi Cherry Amore; The sweetest cocktail of them all.The plus about Espita is you can over indulge or be modest…Overall Espita is a must visit experience for Mexican in DC.

We went here for Mother's Day brunch and it was a mixed experience. The food was good, the service just so-so, especially the sour attitude by a young hostess.I did the prix fixe. For my starter, I chose a vegetarian quesadilla which had some delicious roasted vegetables. For my main, I had their chilaquiles with the most amazing smoky red salsa, it was the standout. For postre, I had to choose the churros but they were underwhelming, the churros were too dense and lacking any flavor on their own.Our server was good, friendly and fairly attentive.

Great food but the waiter was beyond rude.

Great and friendly service

Food was overpriced and service was non-existent. I dined here with my girlfriend for a weekend getaway to D.C., the chips with guacamole were stale for the appetizer. The tacos were decent but they fell apart as soon as I picked them up, I guess some items just look better in pictures. The brownie desert was the highlight for the 2.5 hour meal that we had, which neither myself or my girlfriend had any drinks. After waiting long enough for the check, my girlfriend asked the maitre'd for the check only to have a mandatory 20% gratuity automatically added to the check for two people... The total check with gratuity added was still under $80 and I thought this place has such overpriced food and poor service, then enjoy the $12 tip. It didn't make sense to complain to the manager about the automatic 20% gratuity for a party of 2, normally this occurs for parties of 6 or more, but I think it's worth mentioning in a review of this restaurant.

It was a nice spot. Beautiful and comfortable space. The food it's very good and it was more than I expected, the portions are super good! The prices are excellent too, this place is always crowed so, if you need a reservation do it!Each account has added 20% of the service. The waiters are bilingual (English - Spanish) and very kind, at the same time they can become somewhat annoying for making you leaves the tables.

Wow. Just wow. The food was incredible: tasty, perfectly cooked, and multifarious in its offerings. The service was impeccable; we were in a rush and got served ASAP! The ambience was really cool and vibey, and the murals made the restaurant a unique dining experience. Moreover, it was super affordable! Best restaurant in DC?

Excellent service!! There was busy and all the team was working so hard!! The food was so delicious and the drinks excellent too. I'm from Mexico and I can say that all the food of this place taste so good.

I loved the QR I’m sad they took it away. But the food the vibes and the staff are a vibe. I wish I knew the names of the staff so I could give them a shout out. But everyone was amazing thank you for a great experience.
