Trash, lox bagel didn't have capers on it. Because i couldn't eat there because they are covid cowards, I didn't discover that there were no capers on my lox bagel.
Before Covid, I always looked forward to going here. The food was fantastic and the staff were always nice.
Hmmm not sure about these negative posts… the staff always goes above and beyond to assist me. Especially the taller guy who works the register and makes coffee. Love this location! :)
Restrooms are not functioning, nobody told me that the place was closing literally in a minute when I was making a purchase. Pretty dirty inside. Oh, and since they are out of small cups, you can only buy large drinks. Don't know about bagels though.
The bagels were dry and barely had any cream cheese inside. Inaddition the guy at the register was extremely rude. Not gonna visit this location again
Rudest customer service ever given at a food place. The manager was extremely rude and so were the other employees, I usally love eating at these locations, but this experience has truly ruined my experience at all locations, never returning, very disappointed.

I was surprised they still had all the flavors I wanted. The staff members were very nice even though it was shortly before they closed. Would have given them a five but the restroom dusty.
Tried to make an online order but the only available platform is doordash and it's just giving me an error. Thought it would be nice to grab breakfast before an appointment at the hospital. Guess I'll never know!
