Horrible customer service!!! They failed to communicate with customers properly; gave people the wrong food; and they were misinformed on what food items were available! After a tiresome long trip, this experience was extremely disappointing.
I just paid 8$, for a breakfast sandwich with is not throughly cooked, and no hashbrowns. I asked for salt + pepper, and told not available.
Stated going to this place few months ago. I'd visit this place few times a week. I stopped going after my last two visits. They messed up my orders both times. This place has really gotten bad. I will no longer come to Einstein bagels. Sad experience.
They charged me $50 for a single bagel and coffee and also stole my credit card number. Tried to also charge me $75 two days later. Do not give them your card, will be reporting them to the police. This just happened 11/12/2021.
I like Einstein Bagels, but this location needs to figure out when they want to open, because it's never at 6am. Some times 610, sometimes 620, sometimes I don't know, because I get tired of waiting. You want to open at 630 or 7, fine but pick a time and open.

Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. Good value-it was $3. It was one of the few places open in Union Station at 6:45am on a Saturday.
