The interaction which was my last took place in 2016. Eden Lounge is an embezzling establishment doesn't deserve a rating as I've never been to a business that's as defrauding as Eden Lounge. My gratitude goes out to the so-called manager "Arnold" and the "blonde" bartender for the $325.00 illegal transaction charged on my credit card. This was after my friends and I had already spent over $100 at the bar! To make matters worse my friends and I attempted to give this lounge a chance to apologize and resolve this situation with "Arnold the "manager" who refused to provide his last name. He then falsely states that the video showed the bartender bringing the "bottles" out to the table! The audacity! This is a major liability for business! Eden has perpetrated this crooked practice 2 different occasions I've been there. The first time was with my spouse over 6 months ago and it was an "Asian" bartender who double-charged him on the tab. But whats ironic it was the "blonde" crook who refunded my hubby prior to leaving Eden. Thats twice too many! This illegal practice of defrauding patrons who spend their money needs to come to a hault! There are so many other lounges that deserve your hard-earned money and this is not one of them! Nice atmosphere indeed with great vibes. The front door staff is amazingly friendly and easy to talk to.
Nice venue. Very spacious and with air conditioning for summer partying definitely a plus ! Rooftop was nice with plenty of seats.
I wouldn’t even give this place one star, worst customer service everyone was rude especially Rebecca and Sergio, never have I experienced such disrespect! They kicked me out for no reason and my friend too they wouldn’t refund us our money and we hadn’t even opened the bottle at that people were sitting at our table unwelcomed, overly priced and only one floor was open! I would recommend Bravo Bravo if you want to have a good time. Never again will I waste my money there
My group called ahead to check pricing, as some of us are 21+ and some are not (we were told that there was no cover for anyone before 11). When we arrived, the people at the door insisted that the information we had received on the phone was wrong. They had us step to the side and stand in the rain while they went to "check on it" but never got back to us. They decided on the spot to let everyone 21+ in our group in for free, splitting us up when we could have gone to a better venue if we had known the prices. It was disappointing to have received incorrect information without much followup and unreceptive customer service after we had been excited to join our friends for a night out.
Alcohol prices are astronomical and not of good quality (or they're mixed with water)!
