If i could give this dunkin 0 stars I would. This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. My order is always wrong and their food is disgusting. Everytime I have been there I order online for takeout and then I have to wait an extra 20 minutes because it’s so slow and always 1 or two people working. Not a clean place and overall terrible. Would definitely NOT reccomend.
If the store closes at 5:40 then they need toupdate google to say that !! Came in to get a donut and sat down to eat it. Before I could finish, the lady rudely comes over and kicks us out because the store closes at “5:40”. Never heard of a store closing at 5:40. She could have at least allowed me to finish.
Anytime I order something at this location, there is always something that tastes horrible. The most recent visit today, I ordered a large cold brew coffee and when I got home to drink it, it had a very sour taste to it, as if they put lemonade or something mixed with the coffee,and I ended up having to dump it. Previously, I had a sandwich and tots and the tots tasted like they were cooked in very old oil.
I did a mobile order for an iced latte. I had to be logged in for work by 9am. I asked the manager who was working for a bag because I was traveling by scooter. The manger told me I had to get in line and pay 5 cent. The line was long and instead of just providing me with a bag, I had to ask a fellow customer for 5 cents. I was highly upset and she started speaking in her native language and was very rude
Service was extremely slow. They need to hire more people.
I paid for a cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese and an expresso and at 9 am in the morning there's absolutely NO REASON their bagels should feel like bricks nevertheless should they sale them knowing they're hard as a rock. And when I asked to use the restroom, I was told "somebody changed the code to the lock" so no one can use the restroom....I find that hard to believe. Considering it's the same restroom the employees use. But anyway, bank to my bagel. The lazy lady in the back didn't even want to put the cream cheese on the bagel. I had to tell her to do it...smh...I visit every now and then.... but I'll just be going to get my expressos and nothing else from now on..
Somehow it gets worse with every visit. If you want to play guess who to get your order, then this is the place for you.
I ordered a large cold brew sweet foam vanilla coffee it's become my favorite. All locations are not the same with drink making quality. YUCK so bitter and can you imagine they gave me a medium with a ton of ice. Which I order a large lite ice due to teeth sensitivity. But didn't notice due to being on a business call and being harrased by some guy hanging in the store. The worst location morning coffee ruined. ?
Got ignored repeatedly while trying to place an order. I work in retail and that highly unacceptable.
We spent all this $ and got the worst meal ever. Our order was totally wrong & 4 items did not come with the order. Dunkin Donuts never again.
