I work in the building and have been going there since it opened. Staff is usually efficient though I’m often waiting for my mobile order (I get a sandwich and munchkins usually and regularly have to wait for the munchkins). Major drawback is the hot chocolate machine is perpetually broken. As a non-coffee drinker, I miss out on the free beverage perks because it’s out of service.
I don’t usually eat donuts but can’t help it when it comes to Dunkin. So delish ??

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to! None of the workers are ever happy or helpful and they will randomly tell you they can't make certain orders.
Convenient location in LOC James Madison bldg. Does get busy but the line moves. Breakfast sandwiches were good.

I came here at least 2-3 times a week and is always great experiences. They are so friendly and make me feel so comfortable . Plus the donuts are so delicious and warm at times.
