This place has a problem and it is the person who is pregnant, I order my coffee almost every day and when she is not there everything is very fast and they are very kind. I have an intolerance to milk protein for that reason I ask for almond milk but when she is there she always makes my coffee with cow's milk and I know from the taste and my stomach reaction. It is rude and very slow. all the other employees are very friendly.
A worker told her 2 coworkers, “ I dropped her (the previous customer’s) bagel on the ground .. haha I got scared because I thought she saw me.” All 3 laughed about it.
Manager and employees arrive late, close well before the corresponding time and provide terrible service. They should close this town if they will not serve their customers well!
I ordered on Uber, 4 muffins and a coffee. I paid $25 including delivery. For my effort, I received, 1 muffin, 1 coffee and 8 of the worse donuts no one would want. They must have given what they had, not what I ordered. I protested to Uber and received a $10 credit, which means I paid $15 for a muffin and a plain cup of coffee, because I did What’s the likelihood that I’ll order from them again?
I asked for a caramel ice coffee and all I got was milk with one scoop of coffee and half pound of ice (NO caramel or sugar)
