This is the worst DD I have ever encountered. It's the closest one to home, which really sucks. I ordered my free drink which was a large frozen caramel coffee with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. I've gotten this as my free drink for 3 years. While placing the order at the counter, the woman waiting on me just walk away mid-stream, without a word. No one came back to assist for more than 10 minutes. When my order was finally taken and handed to me, the original woman that was taking my order walked back over and said that I owed an additional .33 cents for the cream.I refused to pay the addition as I've never been charged before and if there were changes to add ons, I should have been told while placing the order. ALL OF THE WOMEN AT HIS LOCATION ARE RUDE. I STOPPED DRINIKING COFFEE AT DUNKINS.
Price of gas was not bad. I'm sure I did not eat here. It is not considered food to me. The washroom was free and unnoteworthy.
Very slow service, but the donuts were excellent as was the coffee
The service here is generally good but sometimes the donuts are not fresh. Check your order before leaving just to do a quick check. I’ve had a few orders that were disappointing. The breakfast sandwiches are always fresh and what I expected. Early mornings there can be long lines but it moves quickly. Check your surroundings as well, once someone walked up to the car window (caught me off guard not paying attention)
My favorite spot to go when on business travel. Coffee is great and donuts are fresh.
Very efficient, fast drive thru service
Came in at 6:45 am 12/31/21 ordered 4 donuts & a latte. Donuts were amazingly fresh and not hard and old, service was fast and friendly. Coffee was good. And everybody had matching shirts.
The woman taking the orders was extremely impatient and had an attitude the entire time, saying “hello” not even 2 seconds if we dont respond right away. Kept cutting my husband off, so i said something and she had an attitude with me saying she’ll only speak with him. Got to the window and shes looking inside of my car. 0/10, do not recommend. Do better.
The staff ruins it.I got a new job and so on my first day I hit this Dunkin as it’s right by my new work. I got to the window and the employee there was pretty rude. After I drove off I realized they messed up my entire sandwich and a coffee was burnt. I left a review on the app and got a super nice phone call “hey sorry about your experience give us another shot “ come in and let us re-do the order for free. So I went in there yesterday and was only getting a drink, but the lady at the window was again very rude. I ended up not getting anything just said no thanks and drove off.There’s a dunkin right off 295 in Laurel that does a phenomenal job every morning- it’s out of my way but totally worth it to have a positive experience instead of a negative one.
I visited this store on Sunday and ordered a Wakeup wrap and Iced coffee instead was given a croissant and Hot coffee. When I went to have it corrected they insisted that I just take another wrap (unwanted) instead of a refund for the difference...They pretended to give the refund money never came back to my card but was not a big deal...I went back through the Drive Thru and placed a order a few days later they proceeded to tell me I still owed for the previous days food....Not to mention a guy there eating on the first day came to the counter and asked them what I owed and bought me a coffee...She told me not to come bake to the Dunkin like it's the last Dunkin for miles... ?....
