Other than almost having to decapitate an individual who was being disrespectful towards a family member!! The food was good and I wish I could remember the waitress who assisted us, but that woman needs a raise!! Excellent service..!!?
Visited on a relatively busy Saturday morning before going to the Arboretum. The service was quick and the food was good. The waiter stopped by our table frequently. Definitely recommend.
Friendly service from waitress, but Manager was a bit rude didn't care about customer service. Food was ok.. French fries was hard and old or over cooked. Shake was good. Burger was good. Idk if I would go back.
Area was clean and the wait wasn’t long. The food was good, not great. My friend and I both ordered buttermilk pancakes but they tasted and looked different . Our waiter seemed very…disconnected, but he did his job.
Worst experience of my life as far as going out to eat goes! Waited for 15 mins before we even got a seat mind you there is 3 tables including my own in the entire place. Food was decent and that was the best part of this experience. The server wouldnt speak up after telling her maam we cant hear you several times. The appetizer came out 23ish mins after being put in. As we order the app the server realises i have no drink left in my cup. Once we order the appetizer she goes off and i sit for 23ish mins waiting on food and a refill. She brings my food then i order my normal meal. At this point several ppl have came in see the situation and left. I wish we had to. We overheard the other two tables saying they wasnt going to tip. It was a slow night how does service become this bad?! So it goes on.... We then get our food. No refill at this point so we mention it and begin to it. Few mins passes my whole table is without drinks. We just had wings... We need drinks! Then my main meal comes out a simple plain burger add grilled onions and bacon. They messed it up completely. Food came out semi undercooked. Still safe to eat but could have had a few more seconds of cook time. But we waited another 15 mins for her to come back with drinks or ask us how everything is. She didnt not once. So i had my wife go grab to go containers. We packed up and paid the bill. Which was also a hassle. We left. And no i didnt tip her one cent. First time in my life ive never tipped. I work in food i know how it is. But that was beyond what i would consider a aweful experience. And dont even get me started on how they let people inside the building to beg their customers for money. Wont ever be back and its sad cuz this is walking distance from my vacation rental.
This place is GOD awful. Manager seated me and I waited and waited, 25 mins later still no one came to the table to offer me water. I asked for a manger to come over to my table. The same guy who seated me came and stated he will get someone over here right away. He went back to the host stand and proceeded to seat another guest and a waitress started to take their order. I showed the manager on my phone how long I had been sitting there without service. He said sorry someone will be right over.I left never again -
Very poor waitress was very lost.. Food took 1 hour to get to our table. After i got my meal my 3 friends had to wait 30 mins to get thier. After reviewing the food it was made very poor. Thing where uncooked. After speaking to manager Joseph he was too busy at front. The table in front of us got all their food before we did after they arrived in 30 minutes later than us. McDonald's what I provide better service then here
I just had the best server ever. Mohammed was his name. It was also his birthday today. He was an amazing man and he is from the Sudan. The food was done perfectly and we enjoyed our stop. If you see him today wish him a happy birthday.
The manager was garbage. We were having a problem getting our food. We were waiting for our food for ever. Our waiter came to hour table at least 7 times, and we still didn't get all of our food. It wasn't the waiters fault. It was a problem with the cooks. The manager saw what was going on, but did nothing about it. A little milk dud head looking dude. Worst experience in a restaurant EVERY!!!
Mohammad was our server for a second time( Me and my partner) though it was busy, we requested his section because of his great service and ideal sense to perfection. He was great and even resolved the issue with my partners food allergy when the kitchen missed it. We're coming back once I get my work schedule under control.
