Overall dining experience was lowered by being charged $21 for a cocktail that wasnât even full !!!!
I enjoy having my business dinner meals at Del Friscoâs. The food and service are top notch. The ambiance and attention of the staff to make each meal a great occasion separates them from other dining alternatives.
My family went to this place for my daughter sweet 16 birthday and it did not disappoint. Shantel our server was friendly and attentive.
Overcooked tough steaks - inexcusably disgusting
Lunch was perfect! Great service, food, and atmosphere. I havenât been to the Washington, DC location since the pandemic began. Iâm so glad they did not lose a drop of flavor over the past 2 years.

Hosted a gathering of family friends prior to 4th of July celebration..seated at 645pm with a plan to depart by 820p in time for fireworks. Our waiter finally came over at 7p to take our appetizer order (slow)â¦drinks and appetizers finally came at 745p. The restaurant did not have any seafood available on the menu (everyone does not eat meat) and certain other specialty items were also not available, but we were not advised until after we ordered. My Basil Hayden Old Fashion tasted like a straight shot (no bitters, no sweet, no garnish orange peel or cherry & a partially melted whisky rock). I was totally disappointed and disgusted as I have previously dined at this location with clients and the service was excellent. On Monday, the service was poor at best and finally one of the kitchen managers came over to inform us that they did not have the rack of lamb, so 7 of 8 orders were delivered at 820p and one order was just SOL. We had to ask another waiter to check on the status before the manager came out. The restaurant was not packed but service was so slow that we missed the start of rooftop fireworks at my office building around the corner. Definitely not a 5-star experience and again the service was lackluster at best, very poor. And to top it all off the bill was over $1,000 with only a 10% discount for inconvenience. Totally disgusted and unhappy. I will not dine here again anytime soon.
I wanted to love this place. I really did. The food was really good but the service from the beginning did not sit right with me. The drinks were watered down. The raspberry smash tasted like water. My friend asked for her steak to be medium and the steak was rare. After asking several times for it to be fixed, the same steak was brought out with no changes. We eventually said never mind. Our waiter acted like he did not want to be bothered with us. 0/10 for service and drinks. To pay so much for a place and have them keep your card on file, the service shouldâve at least been decent and it was definitely subpar. Never again.
