I had to wait over an hour to get my food and I didn’t receive half of my order. The subs I ordered were absolutely disgusting! I ordered a steak and cheese and marinara sauce was put on my sandwich which was to revolting to eat. When I called the restaurant to let them know that my order was not to my liking, they began to get rude and talk over me. I will NEVER order from this establishment again! ???
There was a huge rat outside. Not only did I getting my order wrong but I got a attitude. My fault for not going to the next pizza place up the road
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & CLIENT RESOLUTION! I've ordered here many of times through DoorDash. Twice, they messed up my order. This last time, I ordered directly though them. When the pizza arrived, everything that I had requested to not be on my pizza was on it. I called to explain and I was told that I needed to call back in 15 minutes to speak with the manager. I called and then was told that he would call me back in 30 minutes. An hour passes, I called again and was told that the manager would give me a call in an hour, which he never did. Never offered to remake the order or offer a refund for their mess up. I'll never order from here again!
Pizza was about 30 min late. We ordered one cheese and one Hawaii. It looks like we only received cheese. I cannot taste any ham or pineapple on that pizza...Cannot recommend!!Remark:Ok we threw away most of the pizza and I must say I'm impressed! That was the worst pizza I ever had in my life!!! Good job!
Discriminating against a neighborhood that most likely did nothing to you is so depressing. It is so sad that i have to teach my kids about my history. The fact agther delivering over 2 times and dening to delever to me and my kids because of the same exact location is unreasonable. From a business stand point its very rookie and from a victim stand point it makes me angry. Its always immigrants franchisees or stores always find a way to block African American out. This is why social media exists to discuss humans like them. I will never eat at a pizza and kabob place just because of them. I have done nothing but orderd and yet its always a excuse. God i pray this year brings black owned restaurants because the discrimination is only going to become normal.

Really bad service. We waited for an hour to get our slice of pizza. We understand they could be short staffed and only had one guy taking millions of orders. We asked nicely how much longer we have to wait and the dude working in the front yelled saying “to not tell him what to do and ask him anymore.” worst experience. The least you could do is treat customers nicely and explain the situation of being understaffed. If ur understaffed hire ppl or atleast tell customers their order will take an hour. Pizza was terrible too! DO NOT GO HERE
Tried lamb gyro bowl. Salad is simple but very refreshing with onions and tomatoes. Very tasty. Highly recommend
Was visiting DC for 4 nights and each night we ended our evening ordering food from here after a night of partying and drinking. The pizza and chicken gyros were sooo good! Will return and recommend to anyone.
