Small Vietnamese boba and sandwich shop. Got the "Purple Yammy Milky" tea with boba and 50% sweetness. The drink was good, boba was tender and chewy, and used real bits of mashed purple yam. Didn't get the sandwich or buns, but they looked good and would try next time.

Cute, small, simple. The tea is delicious. A bit on the sweet side if you get the 100% sweetness, but regardless it was a great honeydew milk tea. Their tapioca pearls are pretty small which makes it easy to get a lot of the chewy goodness at once and you don't run the risk of choking on them. They also offer some small snacks. The bao buns smelled heavenly. I didn't get one this time around but just from how they looked and smelled, I'm 100% they are perfect.

Nice small business! There’s not that many boba places in DC so be sure to check this one out! They did an excellent job of adjusting the sugar level to your preference. -1 star because the Thai tea was a little weak/diluted but I will be going back to try something else! The price is also on par with other places I have tried.

THIS was some of the BEST taro milk tea that I have ever had! And they were so kind to offer to adjust the sweetness if it was not sweet enough. It was amazing, and perfect amount of boba too! I was tempted to go back a second time today, but I'll save it for another day very soon! Please check this place out for some really great milk tea.

It was so good we came back a 2nd day in a row. The Ube milkshake is my favorite - do not sleep on it. Super smooth and creamy, works well with boba/bubbles too! Their drinks with blue matcha are also very good. We definitely want to try the banh mi next!

DC Boba has great milk teas. I got the taro and it was delicious! Best boba I’ve had in DC yet, plus the owners are so kind. Looking forward to trying the Banh mi sometime

So happy there's a Boba Tea shop in Columbia heights!!! They were kind and quick to make the order, their Bánh Mì was delicious ? and plenty of drink options with Boba, jellies, and popping pearls! The only problem is stopping myself from visiting every day. ?

We happened on DC Boba when it first opened and have been back a number of times since. It is family owned and all the people working there are pleasant and willing to customize your drink. We have had a number of different drinks and all are very good. One note their teas are not sickly sweet so where I would get 50%sweet from Gong Cha, I get 75%sweet here. The buns and sandwiches are good too. This gives me a reaon to go for a walk with a treat at the end. Currently they vlose at 7 pm and we have missed it twice with the longer days.

FINALLY a great boba place in the neighborhood and I couldn't ask for a better one. The folks that run it are incredibly sweet and give the best service every time, and will help you make a custom order even if it's not on the menu! The boba is great consistency and I've tried at least 5 of their flavors and every single one has been delicious. Everything is fresh and made to order and they have great snacks too! I may be spending too much money here but its well worth it, esp to support a locally owned business :)

Stopped by here to try a few things and was really pleasantly surprised by what I had.The Vietnamese Milk Coffee is really tasted and quite heavily caffeinated so worth the asking price imo. Definitely better than anything at Starbucks across the street.I was a bit surprised by the Bao bun as I had never tried a Vietnamese one before. I believe it was pork and egg. Really good flavors but it was a little dry could’ve probably used some sort of sauce to go along with it.Finally, I also decided to get the Banh Mi. For ~$8 I think you are getting a really high quality sandwich. Awesome flavors that are light but also savory. Not an overly heavy sandwich so I find it good meal for warmer weather.
