Grilled cheese sandwich is so cheap! I always get 2, total less than $5! Cash only but food is so good.
Lived nearby for years and finally went to this great hole in the wall. Food is good for what it is, big portions, made to order, and doesn’t get cheaper than this. Looks like it’s run by a couple who were very polite. Cash only.
Just wow at all the rockbottom prices compared to other hole-in-the-walls. Ordered a steak and cheese sub for all under $7, in advance and the pick up was a breeze with no wait. Highly recommend this place for the high quality while keeping the price low given the rising inflation period. But, it's cash only.
Had to check out this spot cause of all the great reviews. I popped in and got a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant, food came out super quick. Everything was amazing and seriously you can't get breakfast in DC for less than this, it wasn't even $4.50. Protocol was good with covid and everyone was wearing masks, good and safe. For sure will be back
decided to try this place since the reviews were so good and they were NOT lying!! definitely going to be going back here again and again! dont let the appearance of the store scare you off, the food is great and extremely cheap! the workers in there were nice and i noticed the lady washed her hands right before making my food! would recommend for college students and really anyone look for a good cheap meal.
Can't believe there hasn't been more reviews on this hole in the wall. I promise you, no where in DC you'll find breakfast food this cheap. I ordered a french toast platter which includes 2 french toasts, a ton of bacon and a huge egg omelet. Also quickly served and only cost $5.50. But it's cash only.
I always say a good breakfast is a start of a good day. My wife and I happened to be driving through the area during a visit to see one of her aunts and landed on this spot. She and I shared a delicious stack of pancakes, eggs and bacon all for only $6.50. You can’t beat that deal with a stick!Only heads up I’d say is that it’s cash only but well worth it!
Visited DC over the weekend and found this hole in the wall. Incredibly inexpensive among other eateries in DC. My bacon, egg, cheese croissant came quickly and it was great quality for only $4! The establishment only accepts cash, so get your bills ready.
This is the place! It has been here for awhile and is still standing despite the pandemic so you know it’s worth a try! I found this hole in the wall spot and what drew me to this place was their affordable prices and quick pickup.I recommend calling in advance if you prefer to have your order ready by the time you arrive, but no matter how long it takes it is worth the wait!As for affordability, the fried fish sub is only $6 and that's a VERY reasonable price among other small sandwich spots in DC. Especially for the taste! Spot is cash-only, so be aware. Highly recommend!
This used to be one of my go-to spots when I was a medical student at Howard. If you're looking for that DC Bottega vibe, this place is it. The mumbo sauce with the wings and fries hits the spot every time! Cash only and cost me about $8 for 4 pc fried chicken wings and loaded fries. Great deal.
